Shop 8.5 km, grocery 700 m, supermarket 3.3 km, shopping centre 8.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bakery 2.6 km, café 2.7 km, bus stop "Collet Redon" 400 m, sandy beach "plage de la Garonne". Sports harbour 2.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 6.8 km, surf school, sailing school 650 m. Nearby attractions: Musée de la mine de Cap Garonne 3.1 km. Hiking paths: Espace Nature 4.8 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Hyères le Port, 18 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Terrace 10 m2, terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
