Charmant hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la digue et des rues commerçantes. L'intérieur est cosy et les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Accueil sympathique et familial, c'est un petit hôtel où l'on s'y sent bien, présence d'un petit salon et possibilité d'y prendre un verre dans de confortables fauteuils. A recommander, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Tout était parfait. Petit hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de ville mais très calme. Le personnel est charmant, aux petits soins et très professionnel. La décoration est magnifique et très actuelle. Tout est très propre et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. À recommander

Je recommande cet hôtel au charme discret touquettois. Emplacement idéal ! Le personnel est charmant et très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié, local et copieux. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien agencées. Mention spéciale à la dame du petit déjeuner et des chambres qui est très sympathique, accueillante et bienveillante.

Très bien situé au touquet, chambre petite mais fonctionnel, pas de clim mais on en a pas forcément besoin au touquet, belle déco , salle de bain refaite à neuf, frigo , coffre . Un bon rapport qualité prix nous avons pas pris le déjeuner car on voulait le prendre au soleil dehors. Vous pouvez louer un garage ça facilite le stationnement quand il y a du monde. Bon accueil et bonne literie c est un 3 étoiles qui est tout à fait satisfaisant

Nous sommes habitués à séjourner dans de très beaux hôtels toujours bien classé , cette fois ci tout été complet ! Nous avons donc séjournes 3 jours dans cet hôtel , et franchement nous ne sommes pas déçus . Déjà l’emplacement est au top à proximité du centre , le personnel de l’hôtel est quand à lui très professionnel ! Aux petits soins , à l’écoute et très agréable ! Ce n’est peut être pas un cinq étoiles mais le sourire nous fait vite oublier toutes ces petites choses qui parfois sont un peu superficiel ! Merci pour votre accueil !

Très bon accueil super sympathique on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Chambre très propre où rien ne manque. Nous avons pris le supplément garage pour 20€ franchement ça vaut la peine. Petit déjeuner extra, vaste choix. Nous avons vu trois personnes différentes à la réception et elles sont toutes super gentille et prête à vous aider.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à côté du marché . Les chambres sont un peu petites et les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes. L'accueil est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais on regrette que les jus de fruits et la salade de fruit soient industriels. La proximité du marché pourrait faire quant au bruit le matin il n'en est rien

Accueil très gentil, personnel aux petits soins. Rapport qualité prix top, petit déjeuner très bien, chambre propre et bien agencée, salle de bains bien équipée. Situation idéale pour découvrir le Touquet ! A recommander sans hésitation !

Tout était vraiment très bien,chambre avec tout le confort,petit déjeuner extra avec un personnel très à l'écoute et qui vous donne des conseils,à 250 m de la plage et à côté du centre ville avec aussi son marché.

Hotel qui profite de son emplacement (centre ville) afin de pratiquer des prix très élevés et non justifiés. Télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas, tablette de la salle de bains décrochée du mur. Et pour finir réveillés le matin par une fuite venant de la chambre du dessus!!! Nous avons pris les premières mesures afin de limiter les dégâts, aucun remerciement de la part du propriétaire, lamentable!!! Hotel à éviter à tous prix!!!

Un hotel très sympas! A proximité des commerces et du marché. Un endroit agréable pour passer une nuit en couple. La chambre est propre, la literie confortable et le lit très grand. Il y a du choix pour le petit dejeuner. Je recommande cette hotel si vous êtes en visite du Touquet !

Literie extrêmement confortable, oreillers au Top, les draps très soyeux. La chambre petite mais très bien équipée et totalement refaite et très propre. Nous avons apprécié l'ascenseur et la qualité du petit déjeuner. De plus l'hôtel est situé près d'un parking, du marché couvert et à 2 pas de la mer. Tout cela pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Nous reviendrons.

Booked this hotel for upcoming new year stay 2023, got a very good rate for 4 people for 2 nights stay, after confirmation on *********** the following day received a phone call from the hotel saying that they had a computer problem and that I need to cancel on *********** then re-book straight after. I did as instructed and the hotel was fully booked!! After many emails to the hotel they came back to me eventually to say that they do not do 2 night stays that time of year and I can have a 3 night stay at 3 times the original cost, if this was true then why did *********** allow me to book it on there site?? I have used *********** many times and never experienced this, I know what the hotel were up to, they wanted more money and undersold the room, it was just the lies from the hotel that annoyed me, I have taken it up with *********** and have re-booked 2 nights for the same dates at the wonderful Castel Victoria in le Touquet, and I add that I booked direct with the hotel which also saves money.

We booked the Be Cottage Hotel for 2 nights. We travelled from the south of France for 7.5 hours and arrived about 6pm. We checked in and got changed in the room and went out for dinner. On returning to the hotel we went to bed, the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, it was so soft it was like sleeping with a dip in the middle of the bed. So as you can imagine we woke with bad back and neck pain. The hotel had no air conditioning so with the windows open it was very noisy. When I had a shower in the morning I saw how terribly dirty the hotel was. I went down to reception to report this but no one was around. I then emailed the hotel with photos of the dirt in the room. We decided to leave as it was just really dirty and a very uncomfortable room. The lady on reception was very apologetic but said she couldn’t refund without the management. *********** contacted the hotel and the manager has said there would be no repayment for our second night as we could have reported to reception, please note no one on reception after 8pm. However I also messaged the hotel to complain at 10pm. They also said the beds have been recently changed, they must have accidentally bought blow up beds! That is definitely not a new mattress! I notice that others have left reviews about terrible beds so it’s a common theme. I haven’t asked for a refund for the first night but just for the night we haven’t stayed for. We left early so room could have been resold. I wanted to give the hotel the opportunity to rectify the issue but it would seem not only can they not provide a good nights sleep with a clean room they also provide terrible customer service. They clearly don’t want to be fair, how many times can you try to contact someone! It is not my fault they do not man reception after 8pm. I would like to say prior to the stay the reception team were helpful at answering queries about parking etc. I believe this is a case of the management who aren’t present being terrible at customer service not the employees. The receptionist was very apologetic and seemed very embarrassed about this situation. I would strongly advise people not to stay here. Unclean, uncomfortable and bad customer service from management!
