New and Clean rooms. Front desk very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were a few adjus**ents that management should make. First, it's def a weird practice to simply push a wad of tissues into the box..those loose ones should be thrown away. Second, I didn't like not having bathroom cups (disposable or reusable)

So we stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall, comfortable and fairly clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were polite and friendly. Now for the bad. We did have an issue with mold in the bathroom grout. The showerhead need to be cleaned, so the water sprayed in every which direction. We also had to be relocated because of a bed bug being found in our room. Thankfully, as previously mentioned, the staff was very polite. There was also the issue of the housekeeping staff slamming every door so hard your walls would shake, but it can be considered a minor issue as long as you dont plan to be in your room between 11AM- 3PM. I would say, great price for what you get. Definitely NOT a roach motel, and convienently located near the medical facilities, restruants, and a mere 20 minutes from the car rental lots.

I have been staying there for over 5 years when I visit my daughter. It is always clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience with them. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a perfect place for a one-night stay right off the freeway in a safe and quiet location. We had a very late arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful at 1am. We did not have time to enjoy the amenities, but I appreciate the coffee maker in the room and the fresh coffee and breakfast in the lobby was a nice plus on our way out.

Super clean, modern, excellent condition. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was very good. Only complaint: water in the shower doesn't get hot, just warm. Four mornings in a row.

Our TV was constantly messing up the whole time we were there but other than that everything else was very nice.

The hotel was clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean.

Gutes und sauberes Hotel direkt am Interstate. Die Zimmer und Betten waren sauber und das Personal waren freundlich.
