旅屋酒店-萊瑟希德(Travelodge Leatherhead)

Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

Fantastic location to restaurants, supermarket and shops. Do bring your own toiletries filp flop. Not provided.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

We only stayed here due to being at a wedding nearby. Unable to quote on how good the location is, but it seemed very town centre. It wasnt the best outside the hotel as some town centres arent always nicest.. but the hotel itself was clean, the room was great, no isssues. Warning though - The breakfast, is not a full breakfast.. its a breakfast box which is not clear upon ordering. The box includes a cereal bar, and couple of other basic things which was not great for the morning as we wanted a breakfast, so we went elsewhere.

unfortunately, a negative experience all round - room was shabby, noisy and too hot / no arrangement for car parking so you have to keep going back to the car park to top up your payment / had to ask for ironing board (broken) / iron / hair dryer because they were not in the room dirty washing and rubbish strewn thoroughout the corridors when we checked in my advice - find somewhere else to stay

No one at reception to check us in , we were sat there for an hour , called the phone number on reception about 10 times with no answer and eventually a girl turned up with a really bad attitude and no apology , we were late for family engagement , will never use trace lodge again

抵達後，我發現浴室水槽被堵住了。這是第二天早上向接待處報告的。第二天什麼都沒做，所以再次向接待處報告，並承諾第二天早上會清理乾淨。下午回來時，還沒有做任何清理工作，在我退房之前也沒有清理乾淨。所以在水槽堵塞的情況下住了 3 晚。我還每天早上（2）在門上留下了“充值”卡，用於更換毛巾和咖啡/牛奶，但這被忽略了。

我們預訂了在萊瑟黑德的住宿並延長了一天，但是在辦理入住手續後到達時，無線網絡無法正常工作，我們被告知在我們預訂時它已經停止服務並且我們在辦理入住手續時沒有得到通知. 為了進行工作活動和團隊通話，我的移動數據津貼產生了費用。當地工作人員盡其所能，但中央辦公室投訴部門不情願。 Travelodge 在多次要求退還我的移動費用後不情願地退還了我的移動費用，但除了為我下一次說我不想做的免費早餐提供任何補償外，沒有提供任何補償。
