喬普林TownePlace套房酒店(TownePlace Suites Joplin)

We were actually not on the property during the day. Mainly just slept there. Since this was the case I decided to just deal with our room smell. It was a smoke smell and was so strong we just opened the window at night and it helped quite a bit. Otherwise, I would have said something immediately We ate breakfast both mornings, and the second morning they were out of food. We ate early so it wasn't a late morning problem. It wasn't a horrible stay but I'll most likely stay somewhere else next trip to Joplin.

Upon checkin the property indicated that we only had 1 room reserved, even though ******* confirmed twice that we had 2 rooms reserved. I paidAGAIN for the second room, at the rate based on my reservation. I will be disputing any extra charges on my credit card.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, modern. Would definitely stay here again.

The lady that checked us in was nice and helpful. Get into the room and there was a bug on my bed, the bathroom floors was sticky and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didnt smell or look like they were clean. The room above us had kids running and jumping till 11:30pm. I couldnt sleep. Then the running and jumping started again at 7am. The breakfast was mushy waffles, sausage and eggs not cooked. We left to eat breakfast elsewhere. To me this was a noisy and not very clean hotel.

Car charger available. The room is a great stopping place after a long drive!

The hotel was very eco friendly. They use solar power and have lots of recycle bins. They have these wonderful spinach Swiss mini quiches at breakfast that were so good. The offer almond and oatmiilk at breakfast too. The room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again

I really like this hotel, and if I’m ever back that way, I would definitely stay again. It was very convenient to a lot of restaurants that were close by only wish the bathroom was slightly bigger.

Loved the property and easy access off the I-44. Also a big plus that Cracker Barrel was right next door.

Check-in was pleasant and the staff was friendly. The first room they put us in smelled really musty and had we found hair in the bed. The second room smelled better but could have been cleaner. This hotel is dated, but served it’s purpose for a nights sleep.
