A nice place despite the late check-in. Computers were down so it made check-in late. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. Our mattress was not as firm as I would have liked.

Not enough parking spaces. Expensive for one night stay. Was told I would get a discount and after checking out found out I didn’t. Also I booked the room myself on line and I do not need a handicapped room and it gave me one. Kid said he was putting me in a suite and giving me a discount and didn’t get the discount.

いつでもロビーで、コーヒーマシンを使って豆から抽出する出来立てのコーヒーが飲めます。朝食ではパンケーキマシンで出来立てのパンケーキが食べられます。また、暖かくて柔らかいコーヒーロールが食べられます。すぐ近くにガソリンスタンドとハイウェイ入口があるのでドライバーに便利だと思います。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。最初、部屋が古くて暗いかな？と思いましたが、部屋のあちこちに小さなスイッチがあって間接照明を数か所付けることができました。すぐ近くに鶏肉料理店とステーキハウスがあります。夜にグッスリ眠れました

Property was treated excellent on ******* but it was average quality overall. But the price was rather high for the average quality of the room. TV remote did not work, dresser drawer would not stay shut. Not things you would expect in a hotel rated that high

******* told me one price holiday inn had another therefore i wont be using ******* ever again.

We've been here 3 days and our room hasn't been cleaned once. Our trash is overflowing. I had to go to the front desk for more linens and TP. I piled the dirty linens outside our door. On the first day that our room wasn't cleaned, the housekeeper offered me one washcloth, stating that she didn't work weekends! I do feel for the manager, as he appears to be trying to wear a lot of hats and looks exhausted. We're in a small town with probably few staffing choices, but I'll be asking Holiday Inn for compensation. Never experienced anything like this.... get towels awashcloths

This might have been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Though the staff was friendly our room was not ready when we checked in late. the room we did receive had constant noise from stomping upstairs to pipes pounding. The door lock was broke and so was the coffee pot.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y bien desayuno.

Niets op aan te merken. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel !
