Not sure what everyone else sees in this place. Booked a queen, got a full. Bed was squeaky. Checked out after one night (booked 3, no refund) to make sure we got a good nights sleep. Told front desk we were checking out and they didn’t ask why.

I accidentally booked the room on the wrong date. When I saw what I did I immediately called the hotel. The desk person assured me that when ******* called to verify the removal of the charge there would be no problem. It didn’t happen and was told to call Priscilla the manager whom neither ******* nor I could contact. I’ve never had this experience with any other hotel when I have had any issues. So I can’t recommend this hotel.

The water in the sink and shower didn’t drain properly. There was some sort of oily substance on the side table. The kitchen counter and stove top were dirty. The bed spread was gross obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I won’t use them again.

A bit counter-productive to market a studio room and then not include plates, silverware, pots, glasses OR pans...can't REALLY use the kitchen portion of the studio!!! BTW...IF you wanted a glass...you could BUY ONE IN THE LOBBY! Silverware??? They'll give you VERY cheap plastic kits...like you might get at Wendy's with a kids meal!!!! Cutting all corners will, ultimately cut customers.

Everything was fine just the front desk lady that was on that night shift, we told her to change the room because was on first floor and an entrance was beside the room and weren’t go be available to sleep and she was with some attitude because of the change of the room. No ice machine on the hotel because the room have a fridge that make ice but not for the exact moment that you need it, so you have to buy ice if you need it straight away.
