Lovely historical space with all necessities in place. Owner also assisted with parking within the ZTL zone and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon.

Hôtel hyper centre, idéalement placé pour une découverte pédestre de Lecce. Accueil soigné malgré une arrivée très tardive liée à un retard aérien. Quelle belle surprise et merci infiniment à Isabella de nous avoir restauré alors que tout venait de fermer à 0h30. Soucieuse du bien être de ses visiteurs , elle nous a réservé un accueil quasi familial… Chambre trop impersonnelle qui n’a pas répondu à nos attentes . Nous avons fait confiance à l’agence pour cette suite, faute de disponibilité sur un espace plus cosy, stationnement compliqué dans un espace réduit .

Un palazzo antico, che racconta la storia di una nobile famiglia. Una camera bella, calda, silenziosa, arredata con gusto. Il bagno luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort.La signora Isabelle ci ha accolto con la sua squisita cortesia e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa

Le Palazzo Bernardini est situé en plein centre historique de Lecce. Tout ce qu'il faut absolument voir des merveilles baroques de la ville se trouve proche du B&B. La Piazza Duomo, les superbes cathédrales/églises Santa Croce, San Matteo, Santa Chiara sont à deux pas. Isabelle est une personne cultivée et passionnée. Le Palazzo du 16ème siècle est une sorte de musée. Chaque pièce, chaque chambre, chaque couloir, chaque bureau est rempli de tableaux, de gravures. Le mobilier est magnifique, tout est élégamment agencé. Isabelle nous avait réservé son ancien bureau réaménagé, spacieux, literie et mobilier impeccables. Comme nous parlons italien, nous avons pu échanger et apprendre beaucoup de choses sur le palazzo, sur l'histoire et sur la famille. Nous n'avons pu parler avec Isabelle que le premier jour car elle devait aller rencontrer le lendemain le pope orthodoxe, un ami de jeunesse :) Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un salon magnifique. Fruits frais, yaourt à la grecque au miel parsemé de cannelle, œufs à la coque et merveilleuses pâtisseries locales. Comme il y avait de la place, nous avons pu garer la voiture dans une superbe petite cour intérieure. Recommandé. A proximité, nous avons mangé des spécialités locales dans d'excellents restaurants. Un excellent souvenir.

Ospitalità fantastica. Se siete amanti dei classici hotel super moderni non andateci. Qui tutto parla di vita vissuta. Un Palazzo nobiliare ed una padrona di casa splendida. In pieno centro ma tranquillo e confortevole.

There are other hotels and B&B's but not quite like this Palazzo! The junior suite was beautifully decorated and the whole house is steeped in history. The owner (Isabella) shared some of her story on how the house came to be as it is. If you want a modern hotel, this isn't it - but if you want something unique and a very friendly host, this is a great opportunity.

We stayed in the palazzo last year in may. Marvellous experience. Really a palace full of beautiful furniture and art and a very friendly host. I forgot a T-shirt there. So we went back this year and were given the T-shirt with a coffee and a nice chat. Amazing service!

This was my second visit to Palazzo Bernadini, and I was very happy to be there. The rooms are eclectic, and have a wonderful charm, as do the owner/hosts. They are friendly, welcoming, and absolutely a delight to speak with. I was on a bicycle trip around Puglia, and they had a safe secure place to store my bicycle for the three days I was in Lecce. Everything from the booking through the checkout was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend staying here when in Lecce.

We fell on our feeding this absolute gem. Hidden away in Lecce this beautiful B&B was not easy to find and parking the car in the courtyard was even more challenging. But once found, it was worth the effort. Our large room, with a separate attached en suite, was beautiful decorated as was the whole apartment that forms this classical bed and breakfast. Breakfast was included and they catered for my gluten-free (Celiac) needs. Breakfast included coffee, juice, fruit and much more. We were met by the manager who helped us settle in and showed us around the beautiful apartment. You need to be aware that the owner of the apartment is about but in no way gets in the way. The B&B is centrally located right in the centre of the old city, so it is an easy walk to all the gates, cathedrals and all the other sites worth visiting in Lecce. We stayed two nights and I would highly recommend this accommodation. There is free WiFi, air conditioning (and heating) and a fridge and kettle in the room.
