"Wonderful experience. Bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast delicious. Love that the building was a former school, and there are blackboards on the walls! They have complimentary bikes to tool around town in, and great recommendation for local attractions and restaurants."

"The hotel is quite old, the room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night."

"We always look forward to staying here as it’s such a wonderful place with amazing people and food. The elegance and charm shine through in everything and it’s such a beautiful experience. This was our 3rd stay in 18 months and as we live in England, it’s testament to how much we love coming and enjoying all the Devonfield has to offer. We like to stay in Jennifer Petite as it has the most amazing shower room. One of my favourite things in the morning is the wonderful aroma of breakfast enticing you to get up and enjoy, which you most certainly will. Thanks Doug and Jim for another wonderful stay xx"
