If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rebecca has gone above and beyond to make my stay a very enjoyable one. I'm profoundly deaf so find her very helpful in all aspects of hospitality regarding cleanliness of rooms supply of refreshments bed changes and making sure iim comfortable with my stay and my safety too she's offered me deaf alarms to help me and always has a welcoming smile and asks if I need any help with anything. I'd definitely look forward to staying again . Thankyou

I visited from Scotland and this travelodge was perfect. Nimo was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us all the information we needed and was always happy to help whether at reception or in the bar cafe. He's an asset to the hotel. Thanks!

No frills - bare room etc but actually rather comfortable and good breakfast. (Changing the nail lighting to warm white from cold white in room and bathroom would make a world of difference). Breakfast very good - fresh tasting served in a nice space with comfy seating. Impressed to be honest.

We've stayed here a few times for concerts at the arena and I would highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect for the Arena and theatre and close proximity to the shops. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious but what stands out are the amazing staff. The guy running the bar on a Friday is friendly and professional. The reception staff are fantastic and I have to mention Peter especially because he's fantastic ! Many thanks and see you again on Friday.

Absolutely love coming here every year with my mam & sister. Peter and the staff that have been in this week have all been amazing and so incredibly friendly! The hotel itself is nice and our rooms were lovely and clean. We tried out the breakfasts too and that was also really nice. Can’t believe it’s home time already but we will see you all again next December ☺️. Thank you so so much

Review Travelodge Leeds Leeds Central Travelodge is very close to the railway station and if you're really lucky and have the good fortune to ask when the overpaid rail employees get you there where is Swine Gate, provided fortune follows you you will exit from the station via the doors only locals know, not the main entrance. Having reached what passes as a main route, turn right and start looking left. Only then is it a few minutes away otherwise like Moses you could be wandering the wilderness of civic history that is Leeds for years Recently refurbished it has all the pleasing elements of heavy investment designed to make the less well off visitor to the metropolis comfortable. I found behind the reception desk a very helpful young swain who is clearly destined for greater things in the white hot heat of hospitality, having gotten the message that looking after the customer is paramount over pettyfogging details. (Having spent years in the civil service and the NHS I know a thing or two about pointless pettyfogging individuals). Here on business courtesy of some people I work for, who kindly listened to what I said when I mentioned that as a cripple I needed a bath not a shower. The hotel duly obliged and here I sit in said watery receptacle admiring the quality of the grouting, the handles, taps and the frightening quality of the highly polished mirror. (Have Travelodge got shares in Windowlene, I wonder?). It is here I notice my mistake. Also on business I sometimes have to travel to London where I was last billeted in a rival hotel equipped also with a bath. That bath was no less capacious as this but there was one major difference and from it I have learned an important lesson. "What lesson, Jeremy, tell all?", I hear you say, but wait, it will come. The joy of a bath is it refreshes the bather, it brings revival to sorry pores, it aids sleep and restores the weary traveller. It has never, not once, crossed my mind to ask when asking for a room with a bath to insist on a bath with hot water. But from now it is a criteria I shall include. The bath here would be lovely had the aqua gushing forth like an aorta at the hands of the principle resident of 10 Rillington Place, been hot. As it is, it is barely warmer than blood heat. A doting mother may confidently bathe her neonate in this bath without fear it will be deliterious to the infant dermis. Which is all well and good for small vulnerable children, but disappointing for adults. On the plus side, the heater is very efficient in the room and easily adjusted (Press "advance" and use up and down arrows to find the temperature you want). One of the better features of this sanctuary is the ability to open the window. All too often hotels regard visitors as processed cheese, to be kept hermetically sealed from the contaminants circulating in the atmosphere so when reaching the exit we have to heave vast lungfulls of fresh air to regain equilibrium, but here the window opens.
