Rooms were spacious and location was perfect however when i checked the receptionist wasn’t attentive

The hotel location was perfect for my business trip, the room was quiet and clean, i didn’t try the breakfast in the morning. Overall a good experience.

Booked as my 8 year old son had a tournament at Elland Road stadium on Saturday 17th May. I booked a week ago so not last minute. Prepaid for the meal deal so our evening meal will be sorted as we were driving up from school pickup and it's a 2 hour drive. At check in I was asked if I had booked a meal deal and said yes. He then asked me if 7.30 was ok as I needed to book for that evening as that was the earliest time. I said that's fine as it was 6.15 then so not long to wait really. When I got to the restaurant at 7.20 so slightly earlier which I did explain, I was told there was nothing booked. They then asked if I had paid for a meal deal and I said yes, they finally found a table for us. Following day for breakfast we went down at 7am. They again asked me if I had booked a time and I said no as I wasn't told too, they then said to me and my son well there is no way your going to be able to sit down as we are busy. I said I had paid for this already and no one had said we needed to book a time. They replied saying well the hotel is busy. Fair enough but I had booked this over a week ago and surely they knew from the amount of rooms booked it would be busy. I then saw some of Jake's teammates on a table with their parents and asked if I could sit with them as there were a couple of spaces free, I wouldn't have even minded standing as long as my son got a seat. The staff were rude and made it into a massive issues going over to my friends and asking them. Of course they said yes and the staff came back and grumbled that I could sit there. It was a complete and utter shambles, this was happening to loads of guests as they came down. So disorganised, with rude breakfast staff (evening staff were lovely). I would not stop in this hotel again as the breakfast staff were awful and made us feel rubbish. Not what you want when you pay to stay away.

Very busy due to football match. The self check-in wasnt working which meant a wait to get room key. Staff were friendly. Parking was £3 paid by machine outside reception. The machine was a bit unresponsive which meant it took a while to enter car registration details, causing a queue to form. Hotel is in the middle of a business park so you need to drive elsewhere for food/entertainment if you dont fancy the hotel dining area. Overall good value for money the night we stayed.

我又花了 18 英鎊停車，然後提前入住房間，以後再也不會用它了，以後肯定會貨比三家，所以我付了酒店的費用，並使用了我們的服務，所以你還要額外收停車費和入住費，真是亂套了

Not such a good stay .Room above entrance doors .. So they were opening and closing all night .And people smoking at all hrs .Running up and down corridor.And the bed was uncomfortable .I did report to reception .Wouldn't really say I had a good response .He said he would pass it on .

The staff can up to us and when we ordered they said there was no pizza or lasagna. I think they had a fight with the Italians. I was very offended and I’m starving waiting for my food. This is atrocious for having not enough food in going to sue the whole place for not having any food.

Check in was pleasant, staff were friendly. However the room was freezing even with the air con on the highest, standard rooms which are good for a last minute trip or business. I wouldn’t book this hotel if I wanted to wow my partner. The evening food was bland and small portions for the price, breakfast was ok but not amazing. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed but I’m sure if you asked they would provide with extra.

pleasant staff. happy to help with carry out breakfast if in a rush and out before 06:30. meal deal good and fair price. rooms cleaned good. sufficient sized car park. easy access for vans etc and lit up. food and drinks out quickly. always staff about to help with anything

The hotel was very clean and the bed comfy, but the good points end there. I had the burger for tea and wasn't impressed at all, didn't bother with breakfast. An incident saw the Fire Alarm ring from around 2am-3:30am. While this was out of the staff's control, they had no idea how to silence the alarms, and stated they couldn't seem to get hold of a manager. Thankfully two guests sorted this out for them. They've added parking charges, but if you leave the hotel and return, you have to pay again. Absolute rip-off and better hotels are easily available when adding in this additional cost. It's gone down hill and this will have to be my last stay here due to those additional parking charges.

Stayed here as we were attending sports event at Elland road Fabulous bar and restaurant with decent gluten free options . Room and all of hotel spotless and all the staff were friendly and courteous . Easy to drive to from motorway with plenty of parking

Simply excellent experience and great value for money! Such friendly staff all the through our visit of 4 days and 3 nights. Special mentions to John and Kyle on the night shift - top blokes! Katy was lovely on the bar in the afternoons and evenings and Kelly in the mornings was a superstar, being as bubbly as can be! She made me some lovely scrambled to order two mornings in a row. There were some other staff members to mention but I didn't catch there names! Everyone was great though and couldn't do enough for their guests! The bar was fab and the beer was lovely and lively! The room was great and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We felt very welcome, even though we were a couple of loud southern lads on a Leeds tour!! We will definitely stay here again, when back in Leeds - which was a great experience by the way!!
