房間很棒，位置很完美，離市中心不遠！很樂意再次入住。

My wife, my daughter and her friend stayed here over the weekend as my daughter was running the Leeds marathon on Sunday. The hotel was ideally placed for both the event (a short Uber ride away) and the City Centre. Welcome was friendly as always with the Premier Inn and staff were excellent throughout. Rooms were of the usual Premier Inn standard with those comfy beds waiting for you at night! This Premier Inn has no restaurant (there is a TGI’s attached which is now closed) but you can still get breakfast in the morning which was all you can eat and excellent as always. The bar doesn’t have a huge stock of choice but is still good to grab a drink when you head back. One of the key points for me was onsite parking…£8 a night for guests which I thought was reasonable. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5 rating was having arrived at approx 2pm we were told check in didn’t open til 3 but if we did want to check in early we could pay £15 which we did as we were going to meet family and couldn’t wait til 3. The disappointing part here from a customer outcome perspective is the room was clearly ready at 2 and therefore you charged me £15 just for the sake of making a bit more money out of me. I don’t think that is correct and Premier Inn should really rethink their customer strategy in this regard.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms smell good and are super clean. The room are so quiet and peaceful. Only draw back we had was the pillows where way to hard. But our stay was very very good. It's close to the city centre but has some good night life on its door step

Had a good sleep here but there rest was disappointing as this place just looks and feels so dated and grotty. It’s a short walk from Leeds centre, on a busy road route so expect some traffic noise. The restaurant next door has since closed down so it’s just the hotel, nothing much on the doorstep so take supplies if you need anything. The hotel past reception just feels so tired and ready for an overhaul. The room looked and felt budget like, definitely not one of the nicer premier inns. There are much nicer places to stay in Leeds. That said I did have a restful night. Won’t be back though.

地理位置優越，可輕鬆抵達利茲市中心，距離劇院也僅 5 分鐘車程。提前 2 個月預訂，以確保有足夠的空間容納我們 4 個人，但我們遇到的是 2 張床，一張雙人床和一張單人床，可供 2 名兒童和 2 名成人使用。可憐的孩子們不得不睡在一張單人床上:(儘管我們要求更多，但他們只給了我們兩條毛巾。當我們到達時，房間已經破了一半，浴室的地墊很髒，馬桶也很髒，浴室門上的鎖壞了，門本身也關不上。我們試圖打開窗簾，結果一根窗簾桿完全脫落，砸在一個孩子的頭上，她的包頭

Parked on the carpark of the hotel managed by Horizon Parking, supposedly had security staff, vehicle door drilled around 9.30 pm!

Overall, staff is gentle and helpful. English breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. Nice bathroom. However, I think hotel should ensure that all rooms have good internet connection. Wi-Fi is included in the price. Even though there is an option to pay to have a speed internet connection, I think there is a minimum that has to be provided. The extra fee is to improve connection not to access. That is the way is offered in the website. If connection is not good in all rooms, then it has to be informed to the guests.

Great staff, very comfy beds, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast. Not a single fault. Parking is paid but for guests it's 6 pounds so really not so bad. Quality of breakfast was great, area is a little small but never found that a problem. Great location with a small walk to the centre.

Stayed at this location several time, staff have always been welcoming, helpful and friendly. comfortable rooms, easy access from major routes. easy onsite parking was a must. Easy access to City centre

We were taking our son to Uni and wanted to stay somewhere for the night. The staff were friendly and efficient from the start in all areas I.e reception, catering. Hotel very clean and tidy as expected
