Horrible, got treated bad. The room got. Canceled twice and I’m still waiting on my refund, I’m stuck with no where to go n no money now until the refund happens, I’m still not seeing any of my points or anything that confirmed the refund has been made like the lady on the phone said . It’s ridiculous, I need my money back and should have gotten compensated for this, it really ruined my month ! The picture below was the email I got before I just talked to the lady about the refund I need my money

Very clean and friendly staff!

Andrew was extremely helpful. Clean room & facility. Good breakfast selections. Maintenance replaced our noisy a/c unit immediately (replaced, not repaired!)

All was as to be expected except hot water took a long time to heat up and still was not very hot for the shower.

Stayed only one night but the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Hot water wasn't getting too hot but other than that it was a pleasant place. I would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean and in a nice area. We were able to find a cozy restaurant/bar that was nearby to enjoy a light dinner and drinks. All in all, I would certainly stay here again.

It was very nice rooms clean, all staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was very quiet. We will stay again if we ever go back to that area.

The bed was good, the room clean, breakfast was adequate and the shower was terrible. The water pressure was sub-standard.
