Lovely peaceful place by the lagoon. 20 minutes walk to town, 10 minutes to the beach. Quiet, a beautiful pool area and spotless rooms. Great restaurant recommendations from Catrina, Gogo's we can recommend! Thanks Allure..!

Me and my brother have ended up in the "Onar" room which was located on the top floor of the second building and the "appartment" was very clean spacious, and offered a good view over the amenities of the compound. Very pleasant to access the pool. We had each one room and had a great sleep. Please, note that in order to access the compound, you need to go in town to the "Allure Boutique".

Wie bereits in unserer Bewertung auf Google erwähnt, haben weder die aufgehübschten Fotos, noch der Name des Resorts irgendetwas mit „Wellness“ zu tun! Die größte Frechheit war, dass die Staff an der Rezeption unsere Buchung bei *********** eigenmächtig(!!) storniert hat, damit wir keine (schlechte!!!) Bewertung abgeben können!! Wir raten DRINGEND davon ab, diese „Wellness-Baustellen-Oase“ zu buchen! Jeder Euro ist für diese Location zu viel!!!

Struttura bella e silenziosa. Manca di una reception vera e propria da collocare in una posizione differente , non di fronte ad una camera come è ora. Piscina gradevole, letto comodo. Work in progress...potenziale ancora da sfruttare!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte delle cinque prenotate, e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. Innanzitutto, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: Le foto pubblicate sul sito sono completamente fuorvianti; la realtà è ben diversa. Gli arredi nonostante fossero nuovi sembravano vecchi e mal tenuti, e la camera non aveva l'aspetto accogliente e curato mostrato nelle immagini promozionali, ( come si può vedere dalle foto), le vetrate avevano ancora la scritta in pennarello, così come i bagni avevano sulle piastrelle le scritte dei muratori che indicavano la posizione delle fontane, rendendo evidente l'incompletezza dei lavori. Inoltre, la struttura era ancora in costruzione. Al nostro arrivo, c'erano muratori che lavoravano proprio accanto alla nostra camera, creando rumore e disagi. Nel piazzale, erano presenti materiali edili e una discarica di rifiuti di vario genere, rendendo l'ambiente poco accogliente e per nulla rilassante. I lettini erano completamente inutilizzabili, rovinati e sporchi, impossibili da utilizzare per rilassarsi. All'arrivo, la reception era ingombra di aspirapolvere, buste con lenzuola appena tolte e piena di polvere, dando subito un'impressione di disordine e mancanza di cura. Chiamando la ragazza alla reception per far presente tutte queste mancanze, ci è sembrata irrispettosa nel rispondere alle nostre richieste, ( richieste, he rientravano in ciò che avevamo prenotato). Questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più frustrante e spiacevole. Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di andarcene dopo una sola notte, nonostante avessimo prenotato per cinque notti. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, soprattutto a chi cerca un'esperienza confortevole e senza problemi.

Firstly unsure why this is called a wellness retreat, not really much to do in the way of wellness other than an outdoor pool. Staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Stayed in the top room and I’m pretty sure they have a mosquito problem. Killed about 15 over the course of 3 days (no I did not have any doors or windows open throughout this time so unsure where they came from). At first thought it was bed bugs but kept seeing mosquitoes flying everywhere. Also saw a few spiders and insects in the room. Secondly, the location. This place is NOT close to the city. It’s a solid 30 minute walk to the city centre and that’s walking FAST. At night, in pitch black, this is not something you want to do alone. It’s a safe city but there is no sidewalk and cars don’t always see you walking, can be quite dangerous. Yeah I probably wouldn’t recommend this place unless you had no other option or you just want to lounge by the pool and order delivery food all day.
