糟糕透了！這個價格，真是個破爛……早餐簡直糟透了！食物又冷，沒有咖啡，果汁全是糖……孟加拉國的旅館，價格和希爾頓一樣，服務也一樣好，品質也一樣。

房間比如家的還小，沒有拖鞋，入住時衞生間地墊是臟的，但卻是鋪好的，我也不知道它本來就是臟的還是説忘記換了。但我一個人也不在乎，也懶得問和換😓房間有一個小窗户，但是看不見街景，隔音也不咋地，能聽見走廊的聲音。早餐八點去的，菜品少得可憐，冰塊還要錢，一杯55p。服務還行，前台比較熱情，是菲律賓人特有的熱情。每次見面都會和你打招呼。但房間確實不咋地。總的來説就是沒有性價比，不如如家，它憑啥賣四百多塊😅不推薦

設施：很簡陋，降低預期，對標國內招待所吧。不過床很軟很舒服。能洗熱水澡。 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，床品毛巾都是香香的。 環境：市中心位置，附近餐館、銀行、百貨商店都齊全。靠街的房間能看到火山。 服務：可以打5星的！能滿足你的任何要求！進門永遠起身鞠躬笑臉迎人。

總體來説還不錯，性價比比較高，值得推薦。離景點也比較近，最棒的是前台工作人員還幫忙打車，幫了大忙，非常感謝！

遠距辦公人士須知：Hotel Sentro 的免費 Wifi 會屏蔽 VPN 日誌，因此您將無法遠端辦公。如果您是計劃遠距辦公的休閒旅客，請另行預訂！這家飯店不適合您。令人沮喪的是，我在預訂日期（2023 年 12 月 10 日至 14 日）前一個多月就給 Hotel Sentro Legazpi 發了郵件。我問他們 Wifi 速度有多快，並告知我將遠距辦公。他們回覆說 Wifi 速度很快，甚至還附上了網速測試結果的截圖。然而，他們卻沒有提到他們限制透過 Wifi 存取 VPN。不幸的是，我第二天晚上已經入住飯店，準備登入工作時才發現這一點。這讓我浪費了大量時間嘗試解決問題，更不用說巨大的壓力了。第三天晚上，我預訂了 Hotel Inigo 飯店，這樣就可以遠距辦公了，因為我不能錯過當天安排的一些重要會議。第四天晚上，我申請了休假。我試圖投訴，但友好而又帶著歉意的酒店前台工作人員告訴我，這是酒店政策，他們「無法」更改。酒店工作人員非常有禮貌，總是樂於助人，並且對我的問題深表歉意。然而，我在Hotel Sentro的整個住宿體驗都被這個問題搞砸了。無論是誰制定的，都應該盡快重新審視並修改這項政策，因為限制VPN根本毫無意義！飯店客人需要使用安全可靠的Wi-Fi，而像我這樣的遠端工作者需要連接VPN才能登入公司各自的伺服器。 Hotel Sentro應該非常透明地公開他們的Wi-Fi政策。他們需要在網站上明確說明，這樣像我這樣的人就不會再經歷這樣的惡夢了。

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great service .Great rooms. Clean. Staff very respectful and always helpful. The breakfast buffet is something to look forward to. Has an elevator. Loved Crisanta ( i think that is her name) who checked us in,although all of them are helpful. I also appreciated the lady security(i am sorry i forgot her name) who is the bestest,so helpful. We would come back to stay here. 10/10

Took a 2 day break to see Mayon Volcano and booked a 2 night stay here. It is right smack in the middle of Legazpi Ciry. The rooms- clean, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean sheets, basic bathroom amenities, hot and cold shower with very good water pressure, bidet, fluffy towels and there's also hand towels. Complimentary coffee and water. We stayed in a room away from the street so it's pretty quiet too. The staff- young, friendly and helpful. They can use a little more knowledge on the things to do around legazpi and albay province. Breakfast- the room came with a free buffet breakfast. The selection is what you can expect from this price point, mostly local food like dried fish, smoked fish and vegetables. Coffee is freshly brewed with choices of breads and cereals. Overall, we like this place and would recommend it based on our personal experience.

Hôtel situé dans le centre de la ville avec accès proche aux centres commerciaux et marché. Le staff est extrêmement gentille et aux soins ! L'hôtel est climatisé et a un ascenseur moderne et propre. Chambre spacieuse avec bon débit d'eau froide et chaude. Le petit déjeuner est philippins, donc pas continental et pas de thé non plus.

Its my husband and son first time here in Legazpi, Traveled going to Manila to Legazpi via bus almost 16hrs land travel due to roadworks this is during the election time May 9-13, 2025. But upon seeing the Mount Mayon from a distance all of us are at awe with its majestic and perfect cone shape. Good thing Mayon shown her true beauty, no clouds from its facade. Stopped at the bus Station in SM Legazpi we hailed a tricycle going to Hotel Sentro. The hotel has a good location, literally in the center of everything you needed. Malls are near, markets and night market as well. Very convenient to get a ride or to travel in your tourist destination. Staff are professional, breakfast is very good. Selection of buffet breakfast a lot of choices to choose from. Our room is spacious we got a family room and AC is good. Also requested for a pack breakfast because we are headed to Pink Beach in Sorsogon. The staff prepared it before we checked out. And stayed again for a night after our 2 days stay in Sorsogon. Its a 5 star rating!!!

From the front desk, to cafe team, to house keeping everyone was super friendly and welcoming! You truly felt the Bicolano hospitality at its peak! While my family and I were just here for three days they truly made those three days special! Definitely recommend! ;)
