阿倫敦萬麗酒店(Renaissance Allentown Hotel)

When I booked the room it said it came with breakfast. When I got there they said it did not. Place was dirty. Had to get the key programed 3 times to work.

Room is definitely NOT worth the price. Especially if nothing is happening at the arena. Reason for the unhappiness is the fact that TWICE i got double charged for the room. Once from hotels and once through the actual hotel. This happened to me the last time i stayed here as well. Last time it took about 3 weeks before I even got an answer back about them refunding my card. Not sure how this keeps happening.

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Front desk hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel right in the heart of downtown. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. On site restaurant Dime is high end, but worth the price. Would definitely recommend

I'll change my review upon completion of an ongoing issue. I've stayed June 17th and was charged through hotels which is the norm, then charged again through the hotel itself. Mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out, then had to call back roughly 4 times and still not resolved. Nothing against ********** or the hotel itself. No other issues except getting charged twice.

Very clean & comfortable rooms. I had a great view of the city & if you’re an early bird you get a really nice sunrise view. Slightly noisy from the street below. I was on the 5th floor. Not enough to cause an issue or wake me from sleeping. Hotel & room Decor were beautiful. I stayed in a king room, it was very nice, slightly small but overall really great for a solo overnight stay.

If your going to a PPL event, excellent pricey choice. Even though we were there approximately less than 20 hours, we were charged for 2 full days.

Gorgeous hotel from lobby to restaurant to the room. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and appreciative of our business. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The Renaissance Allentown Hotel was awesome. It's a picture of elegance, both the decor in the common areas and the individual rooms. I stayed for one night and took advantage of the free HBO Go and Showtime they had in my room. Everyone I interacted with was friendly during my stay. The only real criticism is that they don't have on-site parking. You have to park in a parking garage (there's an additional charge) and from there, it's about a five-minute walk indoors to get to the hotel. Not a biggie but something to mention. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!
