Nice bed. Very comfortable. Rooms are nice. Everything good.

hotel was nice but i booked certain rooms well in advance and received confirmation. upon check in was given different room (1 out of 2) than reserved as i had reserved a king bed and was given two doubles. the king room was supposed to have handicapped accessible shower and did not but hotel said they were “full.”

Donald and the whole staff were kind and so helpful ! The storm knocking out Wi-Fi was frustrating but I know not the fault of the hotel or staff . Breakfast was advertised in my booking but then it seemed like it was not complimentary and part of the attached restaurant . Room was great but walls were very thin .All else was great and good location

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. I loved that it is 3 minutes from dorney park. It was super convenient having a restaurant attached to the hotel, especially with having my two small kids with me. It was very clean and staff were all very accommodating. My only “knock” on the stay was that the ac shuts off when it reaches a certain temperature and won’t go below 66 degrees. My family and I plan on coming back here every summer.

My room was nice and it was clean. However, it was an adjoining room and two people in the next room decided to have a conversation early in the am that woke me up. Also, not having my room my made up daily in a nice hotel is a cost cutting move hotels should rethink.

I stayed for 3 nights and four days . I was alittle upset of the cleaning service. I had a lot of garbage can full so when I added one extra day . Room service knocked stated I added one more but they just ask what I needed to be done. I wanted the full service to be done because I just had it re booked again. I just at least wanted the garbage to be clear out not the bed or clean floor just the garbage cans . I myself had to clear it out cause the garbage can was so small. I was okay with it but after paying another double price for service at least have the room re clean with proper change of clean of garbage cans.

The place is a great stay, The only thing I had trouble with was there electronic system excepting the debit card I used to make the reservation, I had all my money in there and it wouldn’t except it, fortunate for me, Ihad my relatives credit card to use

We booked here because of the attached restaurant and their extended hours but it was CLOSED. Filthy bathroom not enough towels,.. no control over AC..hot..and paid extra for a view.. it was a parking lot..horrible stay, we booked our trip route to stay here based on listed amenities. This was like a bad boarding house..large groups of men hanging around nasty girl at front desk..not a safe place tostay.wthchoice.hot
