Muy limpio y agradable personas lo recomiendo

Al llegar buen trato personal habla español. Pero la primera noche nos patearon la puerta, la segunda noche activaron la alarma de incendios, la tercera noche el cuarto apestaba a cigarrillos y la última el aire mojó la alfombra del cuarto. La habitación cómoda sábanas limpias empleadas de servicios buenas, limpieza más o menos de lo demás por el precio está bien, tiene buena ubicación, Tiendas cerca, lugares para comer cerca, gasolineras cerca y salidas cerca.

El cuarto estaba sucio, las sabanas y toallas manchadas. La alfombra manchada y apestaba. El cuarto era de no fumador y la gente fumaba en el lobby justo frente al cuarto. El cuarto siempre apestaba a humo. No limpiaron el cuarto en toda la estadia, no nos querian dar toallas limpias. El hotel sumamente descuidado. En general fue una experiencia horrible, jamas volveria a ese lugar.

La ubicación para mí estuvo bien perfecto ofrecen desayuno y tienen un anuncio que no tiene desayuno año que no dan desayuno No entiendo por qué siguen ofreciendo el desayuno no sé permite fumar ningún tipo de cigarrillos pero sí hierbas verdes porque todo el hotel habitaciones huele a eso

It was nice but the walls are very very thin and heard everything in the hall and the rooms next door

This hotel needs ti be shut down! I’m a no frills person, but this was absolutely filthy and not safe. Signs everywhere should have clued me in- ‘you only have 15 minutes from check -in to ask for a refund.’ This sign is in SIX spots around the reception area. It’s a place for Johns and Call Girls. My daughter was traumatized . Great location, but what a dump.

Lobby smelled like pot upon entering. Contract said I had 15 minutes to let the front desk know if there was a problem with the room before I was charged for it. First room was dirty with ripped curtain. Second room the stench of cigarettes nearly knocked me over when I opened the door (it was a non-smoking room). Third room front desk clerk escorted me to. It was cleaner and didn't smell so I took it. Floor tiles where poorly installed and separated, flooring into the bathroom was crumbling (maybe it had flooded at one time), The lights over window were on a sensor and came on during the night when I moved in the bed. The room was two doors down from the lobby. I could clearly hear a loud guest/ front desk clerk during the night.

We left at 4;30 am because a couple was having an argument in the room next to us and we couldnt sleep. The hallway smeemed if cigerette even though we had a non smoking room and the actual floor of the room we were in was in disrepair. Will never go here again.

we didn’t even spend the night at the hotel, the hotel was disgusting, and had lice, and we walked in didn’t even want to put our bags on anything we were clinging to our stuff, and we saw a lice crawling on the pillow, and we have pictures of the lice on the pillow and the lady said that she was going to give us a refund and to call back the next morning and then the next morning we called and she screamed at us and it refused a refund so we had to dispute it with Chase do not recommend if anything this hotel should be shut down for being unsanitary
