Location was excellent, staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. My room was everything that I needed for my stay. Cleaning the room was disappointing, as coming back to the room, looked the same as I left it apart from the rubbish being taken out of the bin. As regards value, having booked my stay, got confirmation plus breakdown of charges for each night. Not happy about the cost as two nights were reasonable, but the other two nights were double the price.

my partner and I are long distance, so we stay in hotels together quite a lot. this specific one was by far my favourite. the location is quiet and peaceful. double standard room had more than enough space for me and my partner. the bathroom was very nice, every room was clean. the staff were all very friendly. the only slight downside was that the wifi and phone signal wasn’t the best, but other than that, everything was great! :)

I have stayed at this premier Inn for a few months now due to my house flooding and I have to say that the staff here are outstanding and will do as much as they can for you. I have to give a special name mention to Kim, Jenny, all the housekeepers and chefs. They have made my stay feel more like being with family than at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for all the warm smiles you are greeted with every day.

I have stayed in many premier inn hotels over the years, and have always found them to be warm and welcoming places to stay for the odd night. Whilst always offering a very comfy bed and value for money. Sadly on this occasion this tired , cold, run down hotel didn’t match my previous visits. The hotel is situated next to a large cemetery!! Not a great view to wake up too lol. The rooms are in need of repainting and a spruce up. Our room was literally Baltic, and turning on the air con to warm it up was so loud it was impossible to sleep with it on. Luckily the saving grace was the usual comfy bed which did help improve the overall rating but otherwise a very sad room. If you do stay here make sure you ask for a room on the second floor. Otherwise you may be kept awake at night by what sounds like wildebeests stomping overhead . As the sound proofing between the floors is non existent. There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel !!! Only a breakfast restaurant. So if you want to eat or have a drink there is a pub 1 minute away . The hotel seemed to be staffed by one night manager who couldn’t be bothered to tell you any information that you may need whilst staying . So overall not the best experience. There are plenty of premier inn hotels around this area , so I’d probably try one of those instead if I were you.

Family room is poor size, Unable to heat so we froze during the knight as the ac heating is centrally controlled Breakfast was the highlight nothing bad to say about that, the room was a standard double with beds crammed in to make it a family room this made it very cramped

週末我和我的 3 個孩子住在這裡。接待處的女士非常熱情，幾天前我接到了她的禮節性拜訪。在我們住宿期間最突出的是提供的早餐。每位付費成人最多可攜帶 2 位兒童免費用餐。一切都很完美。歐陸式的選擇很棒，有漂亮的新鮮糕點。盤子和餐具都很乾淨，還有熱盤子可供使用。全套英式早餐做得很漂亮，而且不斷補充，新鮮烹製，而不是在櫃檯上坐一段時間。廚師（瑞安）也非常滿意我們挑剔的孩子，丹妮爾和珍妮在地板上非常友善和樂於助人。我們一定會在不久的將來回來！

晚上我們回到飯店準備睡覺。我使用了現場的自動販賣機，水瓶卡住了。我友善地與接待員交談，但他非常粗魯。他解釋說，即使他厭倦了購買一些東西，但也不起作用。我問他，當我在那裡時讓我知道房間出了故障，或者掛個牌子讓客人知道有問題，這不是最好的事情嗎？他變得越來越粗魯，我解釋說我知道這不是他個人的錯，但這是我拿回錢的方式，他拒絕了。然後我開始向他要一條額外的毛巾，從那時起我們對我非常粗魯。這時我父親來了，我簡單地講述了發生的事情。他禮貌地詢問接待員是否有辦法拿回我們的錢。這時，接待員幾乎發脾氣了，說如果你願意的話我可以把錢還給你，然後幾乎以一種咄咄逼人的方式把零錢扔到了我的面前。我認為這完全是**和不尊重的。我和父親在與他們互動的整個過程中都很平靜和尊重。這是完全不能接受的。我將提出正式投訴，並且永遠不會再住在這裡。

酒店工作人員不是特別友好，當我們詢問時沒有經理在場。房間很冷，暖氣也無法正常運作，當房間沸騰時，我們無法控制溫度，這讓我們的小寶寶非常不舒服，無法入睡。我們通常喜歡的額外的柔軟枕頭只是額外的枕頭，與床上的枕頭相同。床本身不符合高級飯店的標準，不會再入住這家飯店。

第一晚很好。我們要求打掃房間，接待處的老太太似乎很生氣，對我們想要打掃房間生氣，並詢問我們是否想要徹底清潔或重新煥然一新。 為了讓事情變得更容易，我只是要求重新整理一下，但回來發現什麼都沒有清理。浴室裡還留著髒毛巾，垃圾箱還滿著，用過的茶杯還在那裡。我必須回來清理自己。床也沒有整理。他們剛剛把一些毛巾丟在床上。結帳時，我向接待處的女士提到我對服務不滿意，而且似乎也沒有分階段進行，也沒有道歉。對服務非常失望

房間很乾淨，地毯上有一些釘子，我們向接待員 C 先生提出了要求，我們離開了幾個小時，晚上回來，但沒有採取任何行動，夜間接待員也不知道這個問題。所以一點也不高興。

如果您想將自己鎖在房間外 3 小時，那麼這家飯店就是您的最佳選擇。現場沒有維護人員，也沒有人可以聯絡。值得慶幸的是，接待員和 3 名管家設法重新編程了門。
