格雷舍姆公寓酒店的評價

We stayed for one night and were completely satisfied with our experience. The bed was perfect; really comfortable. The air temperature was easy to control without being noisy or blowy. And the power shower was wonderful. The room was really spacious with everything we needed and the decor was great.

優點： 窗户可以打開但是隔音也很好，並且電視可以聯網，這在英國酒店是很難得的優勢，並且這對於長期居住的客人來説非常重要。 缺點： 1.新風系統好像是整個酒店共用的，所以別的房間一旦有人吸**，我也要被迫吸入 2.房間很多灰塵，打掃的並不乾淨 3.浴室衹有一個淋浴，我無法單獨洗頭，我衹能在洗澡的時候才能進行洗頭 4.前台的員工都挺好的，除了一位戴眼鏡的女生，明知道我是外國人，完全不放慢語速地説著英語，在我禮貌地表達我聽不懂以後她翻了一個白眼，這簡直是太無禮的行為了。第二天我尋求了另外一個前台女士的幫助，這位女士非常友好直接帶我去了洗衣房並且告訴我如何使用。明明可以直接帶我去我想去的位置，我不知道哪位翻白眼的女士為什麼要説一堆我聽不懂的英語還要翻白眼。她也是我來英國第一次遇到的無禮的人

房間很大，位置在市中心，去哪兒都特別方便，前台手續快捷，房間還有微波爐電磁爐簡單廚具，還有冰箱會再次預訂的

We had a really good experience, and the ambiance in the reception/ dining was great. We stayed in a double studio, was perfect for our stay, a long standing mirror, and a socket on the side would be perfect while getting ready. Staff members were helpful. Overall that was an amazing experience! We would stay again! 🙂

床單被單不乾淨 第一晚睡後早上起床發現腿上不知被什麼細菌感染 一片紅疹子 塗了紅黴素葯膏 五六天也沒有下去

The location is fantastic! 10 minute walking distance to the theatres and shopping areas. The facade is clean and appealing and on entering the building, the bar/restaurant area really provides a wow factor. I had a double room which were two single beds pushed together, so there was no room to stretch out. The kitchenette doesn't come with washing up liquid or a sponge, so I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to clean up. The toilet was lovely, but having lifted the toilet seat, the toilet bowl was filled with yellow liquid. Easily solved with flushing. The shower was glorious I didn't want to get out. The rooms are not sound proofed so if you are a light sleeper like me, make sure you take your ear plugs. On the whole I paid £80 for the room on Trip, other sites were charging £140 so I do think I got a good deal. I paid for what I got.

Great location, central to everything. Lovely staff at front desk. Really spacious and modern room with all amenities. Would definitely book again
