Sehr schön, mann wieder in die Vergangenheit geschieckt, Urig aber schön. Feundliches Personal, würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Hotel clásico con mucho encanto. El personal fantástico.

Breakfast good quality. Arrived after the check in closed but the staff arranged to have the key in a key safe for me. So it worked out perfectly.

Super nettes Personal.

The ideal hotel for people who enjoy time travel! In a very gentle and charming way one is transported into the early 19th century (decor around the two floors of the hotel). However it is not suited for people who have trouble climbing steep stairs.

Incredibly rude owner/manager. There is no reception desk; only a telephone phone with no specification of hours to call. When I called with an important matter regarding an inconsistency in the room vs the online reservation, I was given a stern attitude by the owner / manager who said he was about to go to bed and that he didn't have the energy to resolve the issue at the moment because he was "too tired" and that he "has a long day ahead tomorrow". The inconsistency was not my fault, and for him to dismiss the issue so rudely while I was polite was unprofessional and unacceptable. When ********** called them the next day to confirm that I didn't stay there (I informed the manager that the inconsiderate tone prompted me to stay elsewhere), the person who answered the phone told the ********** operator that he wasn't even sure of his own position or responsibilities at the hotel. Even the operator said it was a strange and unhelpful interaction. The place looks great, but the customer service is abysmally unprofessional.

Mooi hotel net buiten het centrum, maar met de tramhalte schuin tegenover ben je met lijn 15 voor eu3/pp in het centrum. Jammer dat het hotel maar 4 parkeerplekken heeft. We hebben hem maar op de plek voor het restaurant gezet, anders wist ik het ook niet. Heel vriendelijke vrouw die het perfecte ontbijt verzorg. Verder is er weinig personeel. Via intercom werd de deur geopend en vonden we de sleutel op tafel in onze kamer. Werkte perfect maar een 24uurs receptie vind ik fijner(maar betaal je ook voor). Kamer en bed zijn goed.

Ein tolles Hotel mit dem Charme und der Individualität der Jugendstilzeit kombiniert mit modernem Komfort. Schön, dort zu übernachten und zu frühstücken.
