La situation est excellente, vue des chambres vers le Sud, panorama exceptionnel. Chambre bien équipée, belle terrasse, bonne literie. Personnel très agréable, bonne atmosphère, prêt à aider et conseiller. Petit déjeuner excellent, riche et varié, dans un espace très agréable. Très calme tout autour de l'hôtel, protégé du bruit de la route ou autres engins. Excellent pour le ski, la marche, la rando.

Really nice hotel. We stayed with 2 small children in of the suites next to the garden, which was great. Views are amazing. We had half pension. Breakfast and dinner were very good every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Crans.

A wonderful stay for our skiing trip. The hotel has a lovely family feel with friendly staff. The lounge/dining room has fantastic views. The food is first class plus we were entertained by a pianist one evening

If you're looking for a family-run, cosy and friendly hotel in Crans Montana, the Hotel Ad'Eldorado is the one! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff headed up by Mr & Mrs Bonvin. We booked last minute and only stayed one night, but thanks to the owners being so accommodating, we skied two full days and we felt we really made the most of our time. The hotel is in a calm and quiet spot and is south facing. Lovely views from the restaurant. And breakfast was filled with diverse, good quality products. Our son Liam loved the freshly cooked miniature pancakes, the grain grinder and the juicer machine! We loved the skiing at Crans too. Good lift system and some amazing views. There Pointe Morte black is a must-do, as are the FIS-standard pistes (you feel like Didier Cuche when you arrive at the bottom!). We also really appreciated the ride to the lift station in the hotel's VW Multivan...we felt like VIPs! The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Hotel has reduced price lift tickets on sale which is really helpful. The Chemin des Lanternes walk from opposite the Golf Club is a must-do after sunset. So simple with the lights, but really effective. We had a fantastic break. Thank you to all the Eldorado team!

Stayed for a week over New Year and had interconnecting rooms for us and our two teenagers. Really friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Spotless, cozy rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, as were evening drinks by the fire and the shuttle to the ski lifts in the morning. Location was great - a few minutes walk to both Crans and Montana for restaurants, shopping etc.

I often come to Crans-Montana for professional stays ! If you want to stay in a warmy hotel, it's here ! Always a pleasant welcome ! Clean and comfortable rooms ! Amazing mountains view ! Exceptional breakfast with local & fresh products . Do not look elsewhere !

Un très bon accueil et de très bon conseils des propriétaires pour se déplacer dans la région. Les petits-déjeuners avec les menus du soir sont excellents. Le personnel est très attentionné et aimable. La chambre était confortable et bien située, la vue est magnifique.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit hôtel qui est très bien situé (moins de 10 minutes à pied du départ et proposant un service navette). Excellent petit-déjeuner et chambre supérieure spacieuse avec très belle vue. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Crans-Montana. Nous reviendrons!
