美星酒店(La Belle Etoile)

Sono Simona dalla provincia di Firenze La belle etoile e.veramente spettacolare tutto come deve essere bellissima vacanza ottima cucina , personale gentile e professionale con un anima familiare energia positiva letti meravigliosamente accoglienti insomma da 10.

Visité l annee dernière pendant canicule également. Superbe piscine mais fermée entre midi et ouverte de 14 à 18 h.... les vacances en montagne les gens aiment pouvoir se rafraîchir après une bonne randonnée... c est juste insensé. Chambre affreuse d une tristesse... toute petite télé.. pas de bouilloire.. c est moche c'estvieux c est cher . on ne peut pas se détendre dans un endroit pareil... Le petit déjeuner... mon dieu... décevant au possible...il fallait redemander du pain... nul. Hotel cher. Bruyant .. les copains italiens passent leurs soirées sous les fenêtres des chambres... C est quoi un 3 étoiles en France ?? ...

L'hôtel est très joli d'extérieur et bien situé, mais les chambres sont à l'ancienne, auraient besoin d'un rajeunissement, mauvaises odeurs dans les toilettes même si le ménage était fait correctement, 2 matelas sur 3 complètement affaissés côtés pieds, petit déjeuner avec produits de cantine très basique pour un 3 étoiles, bref très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

…casa non è un luogo ma una sensazione… questo è stato per noi La Belle Etoile! Questo caloroso hotel a gestione familiare è capitato per caso sul nostro cammino, abbiamo prenotato in tarda serata per arrivare lì, stanchissimi, nel tardo pomeriggio del giorno successivo. L’hotel si è magicamente rivelato, sin da subito, “ciò di cui decisamente avevamo bisogno” tant’è che una volta in loco abbiamo prolungato per ben due volte il nostro soggiorno, non saremmo voluti partire mai più… tutto, e dico tutto… assolutamente impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in un ambiente molto accogliente. Le camere sono confortevoli e il personale molto simpatico. Buona colazione e magnifica vista sulle montagne. Anche il nostro cane è stato coccolato. Dalla struttura a piedi si raggiungono facilmente le telecabine per raggiungere le vette. Bella anche la piscina. Consigliato

Me he hospedado en este hotel dos veces. La primera con unos compañeros de trabajo y la segunda con un viaje del colegio. El hotel es encantador y muy acogedor, atendido por una gente maravillosa. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y dispuestos a acomodarse a tus necesidades. Lo mejor de este hotel es la comida sin duda. Nunca te quedarás con hambre. Simple pero suculenta comida italiana con un toque casero y bien cocinada. Definitivamente volveré a este hotel en el futuro!!

Hôtel très bien placé dans le village, tout peut se faire à pied. Personnel italien très gentil et serviable. C'est un excellent choix pour un 3 étoiles dans cette station. Seul “hic” le parking est souvent plein donc bien penser à demander une place car très compliqué de se garer ensuite dans la station…

If you want a posh state of the art hotel, this place isn’t for you. However if you want a traditional, Italian and central hotel this is for you. The hotel is well located close to two gondolas and only about a 10 min walk (bit longer in ski boots) to the main jandri express. The rooms are basic but clean, warm and with the shutters closed are pitch black at night so a very good nights sleep was had. The food is authentic Italian (it is an Italian hotel) with 4 courses every night plus a salad bar! The three main waitresses are attentive and do all they can to give great service but our fav was Lola - she speaks five languages and is incredibly polite and efficient! There is a jacuzzi and sauna that you can book after skiing and a heated boot room. There is also a basic gym with a table tennis table that was a nice touch! Around 4pm everyday they have homemade cake and juices to help yourself to. The charm of this hotel is wonderful and we were very well looked after. We would def go back, thank you for having us.
