Première visite à cet endroit et je prévois y retourner malgré quelques irritants. Piscine ouverte la fin de semaine seulement à compter du 21 août. Donc impossible d’en profiter en semaine. Bureau d’accueil ou réception difficilement repérable. Aucune indication à ce sujet. Le code d’accès est envoyé en milieu d’après-midi par courriel. Le problème c’est que le réseau fonctionne mal à cet endroit. De plus, si vous arrivez après 17:00 H., le bureau d’accueil sera fermé. Assez compliqué comme système. Les employés rencontrés étaient très gentils. Épicerie à proximité; on y trouve de tout. Chambre confortable et propre.

Nous avions une suite 2 chambres de luxes situés au 3e étage. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes était incroyable et l'unité est très bien divisée avec 2 salles de bain, beaucoup de rangement, une cuisine complète avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un magnifique foyer au gaz entre la chambre principale et le salon. L'unité dispose aussi d'un grand balcon. La suite vient avec un stationnement ainsi qu'un vaste endroit réserver aux visiteurs ce qui est un réel avantage, car les places de stationnement dans la région de Tremblant sont souvent un problème. L'unité était très propre à notre arrivée et tout était fonctionnel et en état de marche tel que décrit sur leur site web. Nous avons réservé directement avec l'entreprise via leur site web plutôt qu'avec une tierce partie et ils nous ont offert le meilleur prix. Très content de notre second week-end à cet endroit. Nous le recommandons fortement Les Suites-Sur-Lacs.

After our stay, Reserva.ca emailed and said if our review wasn’t five star, email them directly. We did and we expected an apology and/or a partial refund. They came up short on both. This is what we sent them. We had several issues: - dishwasher was not secured and was very dangerous , loading and unloading, very difficult to close the lock to start the dishwasher - chairs on patio were very old , dirty, mouldy and one was cracked - patio was not maintained, dirty and full of weeds - no privacy wall or hedge in between 104 and out unit 105. - all the lounge chairs at pool and facing the water were old and mouldy - watercraft equipment was , kayaks, life jackets were old , overused and mouldy - dirty dining chairs…all should be wiped and cleaned properly - kitchen cupboards outside grease and handprints - staff in the private club not very welcoming, nor professional - the septic smell was very overwhelming every time you walked by - suggest a kiddy pool, so many babies and children in the pool most likely peeing; not an appealing space for couples - the resort swimming area was very small and no where to sit on the very small dock -overall, the one bedroom suite was nice but lacking We enjoyed the national park for hiking and swimming!

ZERO MAINTENANCE NO MANAGEMENT, NO CALL SUPPORT PROPERTY IS FILLED WITH MOSQUITOS Suites Sur Lac is the worst ever experience I have had in Canada - these people are the worst managers in the history of hotels/suites. I went there with family and upon arrival I saw other families standing outside and struggling with how to get in, finding suite number and code. Apparently they never communicated anything to clients, no one had idea how to get the door code. THERE IS NOT EVEN SINGLE PERSON ON PROPERTY FOR MANAGEMENT - NOT EVEN ON CALL (they have no freaking phone number for customer care) 1. Property was full of mosquitos 2. Bugs were crawling on floor and bed 3. Air conditioning was not working (they have no customer support number, so it could not get fixed) 4. There were clothes and belongings of someone else in the suite I got This property is 20-kms away from village Tremblant, to get a bottle of water you will need a 25-mins drive.

We stayed at Suites Sur Lac in early January 2024. The location is nice, but there is ZERO staff on site to help if there are issues. The first night one of the ceiling lightbulbs started buzzing and flickering and exploded, spraying glass all over the floor. We had to clean it ourselves and had no light in the kitchen area for the remainder of our stay. The second evening, the people in the unit beside us has a party where they were blasting music, yelling, banging on the walls... until almost 2am. We called every phone number we could find, only to be told there was no staff on site to deal with the issue. With 2 young kids and no sleep, it really ruined the following day on the moutain. We contacted the hotel the following morning and we told a manager would call us back, but never did. Called 2 more times and still never spoke to anyone.

Simply amazing. Very clean, well appointed accommodations. Beautiful views. Easy access to many different activities. Very spacious and includes all amenities. Extra bathroom was super helpful. Huge private deck over looking the lake. Definitely going back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was right on the Lac! The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our almost 25-year old thought sleeping on the pullout couch was fine! There is a really cute small bistro on the property which was great!

The condo was simply ok, very basic. I wouldn’t recommend using the sofa bed, the mattress is extremely uncomfortable, thin and dirty. Better off sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. Very disappointing that we arrived and the whole reason we booked at this place... which was the heated pool, was not available all week. No one takes responsibility for the fact that they advertise available activities and no one lets the arriving guests Know that the pool was suddenly not available for our entire stay. Then we made an agreement that we could cut our stay short and decided to book elsewhere (which costs us more money), simply because our young children were so disappointed to have no pool all week. We were promised we would be reimbursed for the nights we left early and told we would be compensated for our troubles. If I had been compensated, I wouldn’t feel the need to warn others about this place. But it has been a month, we still didn’t get any money back and I have to spend my time leaving messages with no call backs running after then.I’m disappointed and feel the need to warn others to avoid the stress and book elsewhere. One month post “vacation” and I’m still waiting for my money. Not a very relaxing experience at all.

We had a wonderful week staying at Suites-sur-lac. We had a 2 bedroom condo, which was spotlessly clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The fire place was very welcoming after a day skiing on the slopes. There is a lovely shower and bath tub. The kitchen was well equippped. Great views of the lake. The north parking lot at Mont-Tremblant is only a short drive away. We looked forward to returning to the condo after the day skiing. We would definitely stay again.
