This lovely newly refinished bi-level duplex is within walking distance of the historic Henderson Lake Park in central Lethbridge. You get new flooring, new furniture, new paint, newly stocked, etc. It's all beautiful and clean. It is also close to all major roads so you will be able to easily get where ever you need to in the City. The duplex has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 and has 1 & 1/2 baths, with a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The Laundry is just off the kitchen for convenience and ease. The bedrooms are all on the lower level and have nice large windows to help you not feel like you are on the lower level at all. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is also parking at the rear of the property under a carport. While the place was nice, I did not appreciate having to take out the garbage and wash the dishes that would not fit in the dishwasher after I had already paid for a cleaning fee. Not impressed
