施派爾休閑酒店(Leisure Inn Spires)

I wouldn’t say it is good, but it is fair. Everything here is just ordinary, nothing surprise. If I come to blue mountain again, I would choose another one for sure.

Its a great location but the walls are paper thin. We were up all night because the neighbor wouldnt stop singing and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Over all its felling quite dated. For the money its not bad but i have had much better for the price previously.

Good location across from train station. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Would recommend and stay again

Location is excellent and size of rooms good. We had a room with no outlook which was disappointing and there were a few things missing from room - electric blanket only on one side of bed, no soap for basin, only one wine glass. Was surprised to find in welcome letter there was no service for our room. Had to request second lot of towels after a couple of days which were happily provided. Overall stay was okay. Might stay again but would want those improvements.

Very central apartment to Leura including restaurants. Hotel is a bit tired and needs some maintenance, but for the price its what you would expect.

The room stank terribly, doors were very noisey, room is old and in need full refurbishment. No ventilation for shower, had to open awning window to let steam out. Very little privacy through bathroom window when light on. Bed and pillows stained.

This property was centrally located and within walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Check in staff friendly.Despite the double glazing you can still hear the trains- this didn’t bother me and I would stay again but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Will stay again

Overall, it was pleasant accomodation but if the older lady at the reception who gave us our key was friendly and helpful, it would be perfect

Carpet dirty, A/C not working shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Complained! Moved to better unit, happy with unit. Clean everything else excellent.
