Self check in was not possible. Kiosk didn't recognise the reservation number. We couldn't reach any staff. Phones were not answered. (incorrect numbers of voicemail) ＞＞ We never got in the hotel! Refund requested, no answer yet.

I was surprised by the bad condition in which the facilities are in general. Very dirty yard (cigarette butts and trash everywhere), the broken gate, etc. The bathroom was also in very bad shape. Location is also not best (for the price), and the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at night. They charge extra for electricity and water if guests use "too much" (including heating), but it is not specified how much it is. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room too. On the positive side, the bed was quite comfortable. Also, I was contacted by management after the visit and took real interesnt on my experience and how to improve it. All in all I would expect other kind oh apartment for such price. I would pay no more than 60-70 euros/night for what I got.

From the entrance to the way out, it is a terrible experience. They said the manager would be there from 4 to 6 pm...Wrong! he is rarely there. I arrived at 4:10 pm. People at the entrance cannot find the way to get the keys, you get the key in an envelope, and then you go through very dark and narrow stairs (see photo) that smell terrible (like rats). Later that night, you will find that it is true...rats between the floors and walls. They make noises during the night. The wall of the room are thin, and you can hear well from the other rooms. They offered me a room with a kitchenette, I prefer to cook myself when I have to be for more than a week in a location. The stove only warmed up the food. It took me one hour to cook one egg. The bed is uncomfortable, too small, and too cheap the mattress. The furniture is cheap. The utensils to cook are old, and the cabinet with them smells of humidity. The toaster is disgusting, you see the fungus inside (see photo). The bathroom is small and needs to be refurbished. There is no way to clean it anymore (see photo). The curtain is old and dirty with spots. Outside is not better. I arrived Sunday, the containers were full of trash. There was trash on the floor of the area too. The whole week, they did not collect it. You can see the photo of the Sunday when I, fortunately, had to go to a better place. The photos that they post are nothing like reality. I read in someone else post that he saw the rats running in the gardens... I was lucky, I did not.

Geen aanrader als je ontspannen een paar dagen weg wil! Wij troffen een verblijf aan met achterstallig onderhoud en viezigheid (o.a. gaten in muren, spinnenwebben, stof, schimmel in badkamer). Diezelfde aankomstdag hebben wij een hotel geboekt. Helaas een zeer minimale vergoeding gekregen voor het ongebruikte verblijf.

Overall ok but stairs to loft not best for seniors to climb. No safety railing was poor. Beds adequate but average at best. We would not stay there again as we are pushing 80 years of age.

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Worst experience ever. Booked it for 2 nights. Dropped our bags and had to leave directly for another appoin**ent. When we came back at the end of the evening we saw the poor maintenance and cleaning. Packed our bags and moved to a hotel which could help us out (after 23h). Next morning shot some photos of the appar**ents which are certaintly not fit to be rented out. After calling the assistance we handed in the Keys before check in time. Ultimately, only received back our rent for 1 night, not even stayed there. Explanation was that it could not be rented out for that Day (ofcourse not true because keys were handed in before check in time). Conclusion: zero understanding and in short they just scam people with renting out these dangerous ruins. Be warned and do not book with BE.housing.
