曼徹斯特(The Manchester Hotel)

A beautiful hotel. Every detail of the decor was thoroughly thought out and no attention to detail was missed. The Granddam restaurant was amazing. Food fantastic and service impeccable. However, it is fine dining and dressing for dinner is a must. We showed up as weary travelers after an 8 hour roadtrip not sporting our finest attire. Felt a little out of place and were seated in a dark corner by ourselves. The rooms were fantastic and felt very homey. The only thing to be aware of is the walls are paper thin. You hear everything and can easily assess who your neighbors are. Also, a heads up that valet parking is the only option. Lot parking across the street is max 5 hours and street parking is not ideal.

The Manchester experience was phenomenal. My only suggestions: bathrooms should have fans (no escape for steam from shower), horrible lighting in bathroom to apply makeup. Lastly, there should not be an automatic valet charge (close to $50) every night. We didn’t have a car with us, for example. We saw others self park. Ultimately, great ambiance, top notch rooms, the best customer service, bar/lounge and high end restaurant.

What a cool place! Found the bed to be comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the decor was on point and comfortable. It has an intimate private vibe. Didn't enjoy at all the scent that permeated the entire place. Even though we loved the hotel, had i known about the smell, I wouldn't have booked. Too much for someone who sensitive. Dial it way back and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous design but without noise-reduction to deafen the entire refueling dump-truck depot on one side and the central KY railroad yard behind. The designer also seems to love form over function in that there is literally no closet for long coats nor to hang trousers, etc. European-sized single sq. footage, one chair, et al. Too bad such expense was outlaid for such a horrendous location.

This hotel was a gem! The lobby and our rooms were so wonderful it made it difficult to leave. Everything was perfect.

Very inviting property with great front bar and restaurant. We booked due to the closeness of Manchester Music Hall. Would stay there again.

This is a great property and a great location. The restaurant on-site is fine dining and is very exceptional. I tried many items on the menu both nights of my stay. The rooms are beautiful, the gym is perfect, the valet, front desk, bartenders, and service staff were all terrific. I am sure the housekeeping are wonderful too, however, I never had the opportunity to interact with them. There is an event center next door (same ownership it seems) and I got a chance to see Micro Wrestling. Wow, interesting and entertaining. Definitely will stay here again when in Lexington.

It was a cool hotel. A break from the usual but upscaled it by not including stuff that I like included. Like a cup of coffee in the morning and parking.

Had a fantastic 3 days at this hotel. Waitress - Caitlyn - in the restaurant went above and beyond to serve when I arrived late after a day of work. Morning bartender Marisa was fantastic as was the bartender in the evening (big guy, ginger). Great staff.
