This hotel was absolutely wonderful! My mom and i stayed here for Breyerfest, and our room was perfect! Everything was clean, tidy and fresh. I arrived later in the evening to check in ( around 10pm) and the lady at the front desk got me checked in and headed up to our room in record time. Every time we talked to her over the course of our stay, she was an absolute gem! The hotel itself is quietly tucked away behind several others, but traffic was always light and there's several food places on the same street ( which came in handy for dinner options when i got in late!) We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the area.

Very nice property. Up to date and clean. The breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The showers had pump shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that I really liked. The location was centrally located. If you wanted to be in between UK and the Kentucky horse park. Would stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Very disappointing experience. We had two rooms booked through ******* which were reserved and paid for in advance. As members of the Marriott hotel loyalty group, we texted ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving a bit later since we were driving from out of town. At 8:30 PM we received a message indicating that the hotel was oversold and would not have rooms for us, even though they had been paid for. I called the hotel directly and spoke with an individual at the front desk who initially said her "manager had stepped away" when I asked to speak with him/her. Then when I asked when the manager would be back the individual said "well, really there is not manager working tonight." When I asked her why she told me previously that the manager had stepped away, she responded by saying "my bad." Thankfully, ******* was able to help us get rooms at another place in Lexington since we were there for our daughter's college graduation and most everything in town was already booked up. If you book at this hotel and have paid in advance just be sure you know you may still not have a play to stay. Apparently they can't figure out how to do the most basic and important part of the hospitality business - be hospitable.

Person (Veda ) who checked us in was very warm and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, no residue odors. Other guest that we met on the elevators/halls were pretty friendly too. Pool is small. Ran out of plates for breakfast but food was good!

This was our first time staying here and we were very pleased. It was very clean, comfortable and updated. Parking was free. Our room was ready on time. The location is surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, across from Walmart, near Sam's Club and many other things. Our single disappointment was the free breakfast. It was terrible. We arrived and there were a lot of guests trying to have breakfast. They had run out of coffee completely. There was no batter for the waffles, oatmeal crock was empty, bagel shelf was empty, no bananas, oranges or apples. There were almost no eggs or sausage left. Everyone was just standing there trying to figure out what they could eat. Seems when the hotel is booked to capacity, the hotel should expect to go through a lot of food and be better prepared. But, again, that was the only hiccup in our stay.

Very nice to stay for Business. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and has a good variety of dishes. Nice work out room and pool and spa. Just very comfortable. I have stayed here 3 years in a row and will be back next year.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was not served 2 of the 5 mornings because no employee showed up. Felt sorry for front desk clerk who was receiving all of the complaints.

The manager was on check-in duty when we arrived. She was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The other desk attendants and hotel workers we encountered during our stay were also friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was good. It included two types of eggs, bacon, fresh-made waffles, cereal, yogurt, and more. The whole visit was smooth and pleasant. Indoor heated pool and gym were available.

This was a great stay. My wife and I were on a roadtrip and were delighted by the clean, modern, and spacious accommodation. More importantly, the manager-on-duty, Susie Otero, took time to find out what we wanted to do while in Lexington and she provided a list of attractions and restaurants that matched our interests and needs perfectly. The free breakfast featured hot and cold options, was impeccably clean, and helped get the next leg of our trip started on the right foot. This was a nice place for a nice price. I recommend it.
