Front desk employee offered later checkout if we needed it since my son was having surgery on a very snowy day. Bathroom small but good deal on room. Good breakfast.

Nice budget friendly hotel. All staff, front desk, cleaning, breakfast staff, even maintenance man Richard was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and that the room was clean with no issues. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is subpar for the price and area. Bathroom is dim. TV’s are small. In disrepair in several areas and heavy smoke smell.

I could have a wonderful trip to Lexington thanks to all of this hotel's staff. Maybe the hotel is not so new, but it was kept in very nice condition. Hotel staffs were so friendly and considerate that they offered some irregular helps for my sightseeing. And also this hotel run a shuttle to Bluegrass airport in early morning, from 4:30AM. It was very helpful for me (I have no car on this trip) to use a precious travel-time meaningfully. I will reserve this hotel again when I visit Lexington next time. Thank you.

Lakin, front desk attendant, was very nice and friendly. Printer was down and I sent a doc to her. She printed and was so pleasant.

Nice place, comfortable bed and pillows and breakfast was awesome!

The hotel was okay, good value, but the highlight was at breakfast. We were late by about 5 min, and the attendant had already removed most of the food. We looked around, realized it was our fault for being late and were ready to leave, when the attendant Amy noticed us and very kindly offered to bring back food that she had just started putting away in the kitchen. She brought us eggs and sausage that were still warm and offered us cereal, milk, etc. We felt she went above and beyond and really appreciated her graciousness and kindness. We would return because of her! Check-in staff were also very warm & welcoming.
