Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington Green

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación todas las tiendas a 1 minuto. El desayuno 🍳 excelente. El estacionamiento amplio. El hotel se ve bien pero es viejo y las alfombras se ven muy sucios , aún que las habitaciones son muy limpias no me gustó lo viejo que está y las dos noches que estuve se prendió una alarma 🚨 y nos hisieron salir a todos a a las 6am. Y la siguiente mañana otra alarma del la habitación sonó a las 6am El personal en al recepción fue muy grosero y no querían dar mucha información claro está solo la noche que llegue las siguientes noches ya no estaban los mismos

Wonderful hotel, well located near shops, restaurants and local activities. It was a beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor pool and sitting area which at night is a delightful place to gather with friends around a fire pit. The breakfast had everything you’d want from eggs to order, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, toast, bagels and sweet breads and muffins. You can get French toast and pancakes or waffles also! The managers reception in the evening was as wonderful as the breakfast in the morning. I’m definitely staying there the next time I’m in Lexington!

Over all the stay was good. But we picked this hotel for the pool that was down most the time we were there, one of the elevators broke and someone was stuck on it, and the guy working the front desk acted like he would rather be anywhere thank talking to guest. The guy and lady doing breakfast were great and the cocktail hour was fun. But it was a lot of money for a hotel that kinda let us down.

This was formerly a favorite getaway stay for us but no longer! We came here over memorial day weekend for my birthday stay specifically to relax by the pool. Pool on check-in day (4pm) was open but very cloudy looking so we didn't get in. The next 2 days the pool was closed due to chemical balance problem. Temps around 90 so a pool was certainly missed as part of our stay. The outdoor furniture is in bad shape/broken/disrepair. One of the two elevators Out Of Order during stay. And first floor seating area near elevators and down first floor hallway smelled strongly of urine. Overall, the property needs TLC inside and outside, so it was not the relaxing stay we anticipated - very disappointed. Sadly, this marks our last stay at this property!

This stat, this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, super comfortable and extremely quiet. Noticably quiet. To many times hotels are loud all night long, and this one stated their policy of “quiet hours” 10-7 upon booking. It delivered. The front desk clerk wasn’t the best, he didn’t even speak to me, but, everything else was 5 star. Highly recommended, will book here over and over again.

Very rude and very bad customer service i will not ever go back i travel a lot even general manager very rude and told me to check out no customer service i am in customer service business myself I have never met anyone like this

Our room had lamps that were not working & a broken dresser drawer. Nothing terrible but annoying. Easy off & on major traffic arteries.

It was a great stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The happy hours were a nice complimentary items as well.

Amazing hotel, very quiet and comfortable. Delicious breakfast every morning. Lovely evening snacks and drinks. Very affordable as well.
