Great service

It was a nice and clean place, however, some amenities should have been added.

Roaches and bugs and mold everywhere. The front desk lady Winnie was extremely rude and the maintenence guy is a weirdo. The house keeping people have no sense of consideration for the the occupants. They knock and knock and knock when its clear you dont need their services.

Pillows were absolutely terrible. Bed was hard. There was red stuff on my sheets. And my son has mystery bites on his legs. I could see out side threw the door…I guess it’s goes with the saying you pay what you get. However the staff was very nice!

When booking was informed that there was a mini fridge. When we got into our room there was not. I currently have a three month old who I pump breast milk for so that was a little difficult with no refrigerator.

Check in was very straightforward and quick. The front desk associate was friendly and provided excellent service. After we arrived in our room, it was overall good, if a little dated. As a hotel housekeeper myself I just have a couple of complaints. Two of the four pillows didn't have cases on them, and one of those pillows had a stain on it that appeared to be blood. I notified the front desk associate and as quickly as she could she provided me with a new pillow and cases for them. She provided excellent service and was very helpful. Another issue was one of our two bath towels was dirty. It looked as if it had been driven over. Apparently there is no executive housekeeping manager to check the rooms after the housekeepers are done. I also found a hair on the shower wall. The beds were comfy and we slept well. There weren't any bed bugs in the room and everything else appeared to be over all clean. Just a few things housekeeping missed. My brother and I just needed a place to sleep for his heart procedure at UK hospital the next morning. So for what we needed, it worked out well.

Place was dirty, smelled like dogs or other animals had lived in there, place was old and unkempt My husband and I felt scared and unsafe about the kind of people aloud staying in the property.

Toilet had pee on it must not have closed the lid to see it. Room smelt like smoke. There was a dirty band aid on the ground. Beds were hard as a rock.

We had booked 3 nights and after the 1st night we checked out and went to a different hotel. It did cost more, but you get what you pay for. The room was very small and needed updating. Our bed was about 3 feet from the outside and there were people outside smoking often. All other hotels, motels we stayed at had free breakfast but this one did not. It did seem to be fairly clean. Towels were very scratchy
