Cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen! We had an issue with our room key not working and they gave us complimentary breakfast cards. Fantastic customer service!

I loved very clean room. Also, I like beautiful wood floor instead of carpet.

Service was great! Jodie was amazing!! She needs a BIG raise!! So helpful and friendly!! Bridget was a very good bartender.

The convenience to restaurants and things to do was the best part of our stay here. Highly recommend

Room was not properly cleaned. Fridge was leaking fluid on floor. Stains on banquette. Black marks in shower pan. Black scuff marks on floor. Bedside rug had stains and was frayed

Guest beware. Our reservation was not honored upon arrival. We reserved 2 rooms, and they could only find 1 in their system. The staff was rude and offered no assistance in resolving the matter. They failed to even check for a room at their adjoining property. We were forced to find another hotel at a higher price. The next morning we were emailed a bill for the unused room. We returned to the hotel to resolve. Suddenly they found it in their system and tried to blame us. We were referred to the Area Manager for resolution. While initially helpful, he went silent.Bottom line, although a beautiful property, avoid due to poor management and the risk of being standing on their front steps with no room despite the guest’s best efforts.

Staff was unbelievable rude. Check in was 3pm. Never got key code thru app. Had to wait 45 mins due to everybody trying to check in. There was only one person checking people in. Why have keyless checkin if they don’t use it? After checkin, I could not find elevator and the only other staff member in lobby couldn’t speak English. Great hotel, bad staff.

Very nice hotel with great location. Parking is convenient, dining nearby. Easy walk to Rupp Arena for events.
