The location of the hotel is perfect for a fun night exploring different restaurants and bars right outside your door. There were so many fun places within easy walking distance! It is also a few minute walk to UK campus which we explored as well. We couldn't imagine a more ideal location if you want to be able to walk around downtown. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast as well.

Hotel charged our stay twice. We prepaid under **********, but when the hotel swiped my card for incidentals they charged me again. It took accounting several days to correct this and numerous phone calls. Very unprofessional for the front desk clerk to miss that this was a prepaid reservation.

We went to check in and some rooms were not clean so they had no availability...... they changed us to the Marriott next door and the room was ok. Basic. Not the same as the residence inn they charged us for the second room and disregarded the hotels .com reservation...

Great hotel! Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very clean rooms and love that the air conditioner worked great in the summer heat.

The room was clean and spacious, was perfect for our 2 day stay—super close to Rupp arena and walkable to lots of places to eat and drink. My only complaint was that the in-room dining service wasn’t working

Exceptionally clean, and every need anticipated, from the stocked kitchen and bath to the layout and even the TV silently turned on to the channel guide. Receptionists were helpful and the city is lively. Just outstanding.

There needs to be clearer signage both on the street and in online information about where the parking garage is and how to get to it. We had to drive around the building twice to spot it.
