They need to improve and check the areas before leaving the housekeeper, I find a piece of bread under the sofa,the rest was comfortable

It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Also a convenient location! I would recommend!

The breakfast setup (Dani went out of her way) was great. The shower and handicapped parking were also great. Our actual room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Sticky stain on the table, frig bin messy, but the pull out mattress needed to be replaced. Hotel representative listened to my concerns but as of yet we have not received the additional 5000 points indicated for our inconvenience.

the room I was given was a handicap room, I did not request one. When I took a shower water was all over the floor and as I was getting dressed, I had to walk through standing water to get to the mirror and my toiletries tracking water back into the room. later when I had to use the restroom had to walk through water again. The room was poorly designed, the standing water looked as if it was soaking into the walls and the carpet was wet, concerning me of possible mold, and the vents had dust bunnies coming out of them by the beD. This was not a good Hotel experience for me this trip

Was a good stay. A little more communication among the staff needs attention. We checked out at approximately 8-830 AM and received a call approximately 11-1130 AM asking if we need to extend our stay. This was courteous, I am not criticizing, just an observation. Overall our stay was great.

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The rooms were clean and large, and we enjoyed the pool, breakfast, social hour, and all the common areas in the hotel. We also were able to bring our pet.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and room. Most comfortable bed in a hotel I’ve had for a long time. Nice kitchen set up as well. Beautiful breakfast buffet.
