Das Hotel wirbt ungerechter Weise mit Wellness. Auch den Namen Pytlon hat es keine Ehre gemacht. Wellness gab es angeblich nicht mehr zu buchen, auch drei Tage im Voraus nicht. Insgesamt fühlte man sich als störend, wenn man etwas fragte. Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht! Dreckiger dunkler Fußboden, teilweise kaputte Heizung (das im Winter), undefinierbare schimmlige Wände. Im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach Schornstein. Vor dem Zimmerfenster war direkt der Raucherpoint, so dass man selten lüften konnte. Man hat alle Gespräche der Nachbarzimmer verstanden. Das einzig gute am Hotel war das Frühstück, wenn man Platz bekommen hat. Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt, so dass man stellenweise vom Hotelpersonal abgewiesen wurde. So hatte ich mir ein Pytlon Wellness Hotel inLiberec überhaupt nicht vorgestellt und werde es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!

Sauber and amiable, we were late to check in due to traffic and travel plan change, but when we connected with the concierge it's such a pleasure to check in with lovely fresh bier. The room is well-equipped and considerate, leidlich we don't have much time to explore but the slide by the backyard is sweet. The breakfast is delicious and by check-out we are treated with home-made Brownies, beautiful.

I don't know how's the local standard but at international standards the hotel has horrific service. Unfriendly staff. There's a sauna+jacuzzi but it's only free from 9-14. On some days the jacuzzi is too cold, on others it's warm, sometimes they forget to clean it on time in the morning and open it late. The water are almost always dirty. The food at breakfast is okasyish but bland, it's almost identical every day. It usually looks like it was prepared the day before (stale bread, poor looking vegetables...) the building is falling apart, water leaks, waves of sewage smell. You can hear people walking in the room next to you and above you.

Hotel pěkný, pokoje jsou pěkné a čisté. velmi bych vyzdvihla snídani, která je velmi bohatá.  Nelíbilo se nám, že je slyšet hluk z chodby (každé slovo, co si lidé řeknou), navíc jsme slyšeli i vše z druhého pokoje vedle nás. Na hotelu byli ve stejný čas hosté z německa, kteří dělali hluk na chodbě před naším pokojem. Seděli na chodbě, pili alkohol, mluvila na hlas a smáli se. Několikrát jsme je poprosili, zda by se mohli ztišit, ale dostalo se nám spíše agresivního chování zpět. Jedná se o čas 23:30 například. Recepce na hotelu končí v 22:00 a nemáte se tedy kam obrátit. V nočních hodinách jsem psala i dotaz na recepci pře chat, který je na webu ale do teď mi nikdo neodpovědět (3 dny po). Ráno jsem vše nahlásila i na recepci osobně, a zeptala se, jak mám toto řešit v noci, když nikdo není na recepci. Navíc ještě v cca 13:00 následujících dne leželi sklenice od pití i láhev před naší kajutou a to okolo chodili uklízečky. Slečna mi řekla, že se musí zeptat manažera, a že zajistí nějakou kompenzaci. Do dnes jsme nedostali odpověď ani kompenzaci. Příště z těchto důvodů zvolíme jiný hotel.

Mieliśmy okazję zatrzymać się w Pytloun Wellness Travel Hotel w Libercu i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu w przystępnej cenie. Pokoje są nowoczesne, czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone – wygodne łóżko, telewizor, czajnik, a także zestaw kosmetyków. Szczególnie spodobała mi się dbałość o detale i przyjemna, spokojna atmosfera. Obsługa hotelowa była uprzejma i pomocna – zarówno podczas meldowania, jak i w trakcie całego pobytu.Idealne miejsce na relaks po dniu zwiedzania lub pracy. Śniadanie również na wysokim poziomie – szeroki wybór świeżych produktów, zarówno na słodko, jak i na słono. Dla każdego coś dobrego! Lokalizacja hotelu to kolejna zaleta – łatwy dojazd, blisko centrum Liberca i głównych atrakcji, a jednocześnie spokojnie i cicho w okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel – świetna jakość w stosunku do ceny. --- Jeśli chcesz, mogę też przygotować wersję krótszą lub dopasowaną do konkretnego serwisu (np. Google, ***********, TripAdvisor).

Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Übernachtung wieder abgereist und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer sehr klein, das Bett stand zwischen Wand und Fenster so das man nur nach vorn ins Bett rein und raus musste, zudem quietschte und knarrte das Bett. Durch die Enge gab es auch keine Nachttische. Obwohl mit Wellnes, Whirpool und Pool geworben wird durften wir uns diesen noch nicht einmal ansehen. Nutzung wäre nur von 09 bis 14 Uhr möglich und es war ausgebucht da immer nur ein Pärchen/ Familie für 1 Stunde den Wellnessbereich nutzen darf. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und in Ordnung. Den mitgebuchten Prosecco gab es zur Begrüßung auch nicht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig, da selbst in den Zimmern der Putz von der Wand fällt. Weiterhin hört man jede Tür schließen. Also wenig Erholung.

A nice place to stay in Bohemia as it is in reasonable distance to mountains for hiking. We were three people in a room. The room was quite small so more than three nights would have been too cramped. There was a bathroom with a shower and also a small kitchen with the necessary equipment. Breakfast was very good with quite an impressive selection of dishes including scrambled eggs etc. You could also make your own waffles 😊

We like service of Monika and Robert. Room were clean and service nice. We only ask owner To bulid bigger space for bikes and maybe change logistic of rooms with space. If you add dinner service it could keep guests inside longer. Rest was fine and service people were great.

The hotel was in good location, staff was super friendly and everything was solved as soon as possible. Breakfast was very good. Although there is small space for breakfast, we wait a little and staff immedietly offered help when there was a free table. For the problems that they can not solve they offer part of the money back. We were really satisfied and recomend!

Hotel is really small, what i usually like. Service was really good. Rooms and public aress needs littlebit update. We rented spa area for us and liked that really much. Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable.
