It's a lovely place despite a very busy location. I was here during superbowl weekend, but it was quiet and comfortable with the heating/air quiet. The beds are a little low, but I'm sure that's ok for others and it was comfortable.
The bathroom sink counter is a bit small for travel kit. Otherwise, a very nice stay

When we first arrived. The room was very unkept. Like piss smell strongly. We complained. And they said the way we booked through **********. They use ******* and they automatically rent handicap rooms. That being said they moved down the hall. Smell gone but still not very clean. Stains on the floor. And just not kept up.

I would have loved to give it more stars because the customer service was amazing. Check-in was a breeze and the breakfast attendant was very kind. Some of the other features were lacking, especially for the price.
CONS :There is a pool, but it is rather small w/no hot tub. The mattresses are worn and need to be replaced, as do the pillows.
PROS: Great location for both shopping and eating. The customer service was very good and it was kept clean.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great area with a variety of restaurants and shopping. Stayed at this hotel for a trip to see the royals play. I would definitely stay here again. The night staff was excellent. I didn’t get her name but she was great and extremely nice. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was good.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hampton in Liberty. It was very clean & the staff was wonderful to work with. We had five rooms & the staff was helpful in getting us all together. We used the lobby area to gather in the evening & it worked out perfectly for us.

Our room smelled like smoke. The guy at the counter did apologize and gave us a can of fabreez. Sheets did not smell like smoke, but the towels- all but one did. So I don’t think it’s being cleaned properly.
