Nice little pool for my kids party

I made reservations. Went in and the system was down. They couldn't do anything. Made us wait for an hour in the lobby. The on duty general manager did not pick up the phone to help the gentlemen at the front desk. When he finally did. He was no help. Never again

This hotel is gorgeous, starting from the minute you walk in the doors. The lobby is impressive, as well as the elegant lighting and signage throughout. The King room was spacious & comfortable. I LOVED the shower. There was plenty of hot water & great water pressure. Plus it had a regular shower head, a rainfall overhead and a handheld. Also, the staff was top notch. Johnny, the manager, asked every time he saw me how our stay was going & if we needed anything. The fitness room was SUPER hot & Tristen tried to adjust the temperature, offered me water & brought me a fan. The service and attention were top notch. We will be back.

Had a minor cleanliness issue in my room; when I reported it to front desk, they immediately found me a different room and it was a smooth process. Very good customer service.

They said they could not find the booking and I had to pay for the room a second time. Did not feel like this was a 3 star hotel at all. It felt like it was very iffy part of town.

The property was located near a retail area with plenty of restaurant options. It seemed lik a new hotel. The check-in was rough. We had to try 3 rooms before getting into the right room but the front desk person was trying. Area near the elevator smelled funky and elevator also smelled dirty. All the mirrors in the place have a heavy film. Shower drain was fungusy. Thermostat was not connected to the window unit. Room was either hot or cold. I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing stay at Best Western. Zayn the front desk manager was always available and great positive energy. Hannah the head of guest services was great and personable. Belinda in charge of the breakfast was also always attentive and on it. Super clean rooms, pool and common areas where always well kept and the rooms are practically brand new and of great size. Fridge, microwave, and all the basics for a longer stay. Great energy from the staff who made it feel more like a bread and breakfast. Great team work made it a great stay and the newness and price where well worth a 1 week stay.

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in a long time. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! The multiple shower heads were great. Super super clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again!
