阿宏布公寓酒店(Arembault Appart Hôtel)

Was clean and tidy id definitely go again with my family next time.

Communication affreuse ! J’avais réservé depuis des mois, le jour J j’ai reçu un SMS me demandant mon heure d’arrivée. J’ai répondu avec l’heure précise de mon train. 1h30 avant mon arrivée, un autre numéro me dit daller chercher les clefs à telle adresse. J’ai demandé des précisions, mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai envoyé un sms à l’autre numéro en disant que j’étais inquiète et avais besoin de réponse. Rien avant tard le soir. J’ai fait le trajet en me demandant si j’allais vraiment trouver une chambre. A l’adresse indiquée se trouvait un hôtel, cela aurait été si simple de me le préciser ! J’ai demandé la clé, on me l’a donnée sans aucune explication. J’ai trouvé difficilement l’entrée puisqu’il n’y avait pas de numéro devant l’adresse. Heureusement qu’il y a Google map, sans batterie je ne sais pas comment j’aurais fait. Apres une coursive et 4 étages d’un escalier très étroit sans lumière sur les deux derniers étages (ampoule grillée depuis quand ?), j’ai trouvé une porte que la clé ouvrait… sur un appartement certes grand, mais très froid. Des toilettes où mes genoux touchaient la porte (je ne fais pourtant qu’1m65) une salle de bain sans même un sèche cheveux, avec VMC très bruyante, un filet d’eau pour se laver (tout est prévu pour nous décourager de nous laver les cheveux !). La porte de la sdb ne fermait pas, ni celle de la chambre car cassées, donc il faisait froid, super !!

Les deux Appartements étaient très sales ,pas du tout entretenus ..... l accessibilité est très compliquée car l escalier est en colimaçon et très très étroit .Les communs sont vétustes et très sales également .Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes .......Appartements a éviter Seul point positif l emplacement de l appartement.

Do you like puzzles? Then this is the place for you. The first puzzle is where the place actually is. We walked around Lille for an hour and a half trying to find the joint, only to discover the entrance is a door covered in graffiti. No sign, no nothing. Just a door. The second puzzle is how to get in that door. Doorbell? No. Reception to speak to? No. We had to call, and the person said to go to a hotel up the road to get the key. So we get ready to go up but wait, there’s more. The room isn’t ready yet. We were told it would be ready by 3 so we were relieved when we finally told it was ready at 5:30. Another puzzle? Sure. How to get to your room. There’s a single spiral staircase to get up and down. Only problem, no light. So we all got our phones out and headed on up. Rooms were actually a good size and would be decent if you could get over the strong smell of ***** and the shattered glass in the door that was covered up in sticky tape. Only thing going for it was the location. Five minute walk from the guts of town. But yeah probably wouldn’t stay here.

No smoke alarms in the property felt unsafe staying with children looks nice in pictures everywhere was grubby kitchen needed a good clean and bedroom had a radiator unattached to wall when travelling with kids this is very concerning! Couldnt sleep all night with the people Above bouncing round till after 3am Having to travel 3 flights of stairs with a pensioner shouls be mentioned on the booking information.

Check in was a nightmare as the lady who was supposed to meet us decided she couldn’t be bothered, so sent us off to find our own keys from another location. Cutlery in drawers was dirty and kitchen badly equipped. The wifi code was requested from the property but no one replied throughout our stay.
