利馬瑞士酒店(Swissotel Lima)

Excelente opcion para pasar unos dias de relax. El hotel impecable y muy buena atencion. Lo que deben mejorar es el horario de atención del sauna ya que los fines de semana solo atiende hasta las 2.30 pm.

Me gusto mucho la atención del personal y las áreas comunes. La habitación necesita ser modernizada y los televisores cambiados por smart TVS.

El hotel está un poco antiguo ya. Para las fechas de Semana Santa mucha gente en la piscina , no había siguientes poltronas, había que pedir al menos sillas para no estar parados. Restaurante lento. Lo mejor es el servicio y disposición de todo el personal.

Solo estuve un dia y dos noches, pero suficiente para ver que estaba enun muy buen hotel, todo en buenas condiciones y buenas instalaciones. Muy recomendable

La piscina es climatizada y tiene area interna y externa lo que es perfecto para invierno o verano. El desayuno es delicioso

Extraordinary location in San Isidro Business Center. Quiet and lovely architecture. Good city/park views depending on room. Management graciously permitted us to check in a bit earlier and leave next day a bit late. Loved the warm towel to clean-up during check-in. Great, attentive Reception staff. Room decent sized, extra large bathroom, two terry robes and slippers, complimentary water. Very confy king-size bed, small fridge, TV, and lockbox in room. Attended a party in one of the hotel ballrooms. Great set-up, very nice menu (and cooking for 120 pp is not easy). Excellent breakfast buffet at the "Locanda" restaurant. A la Carte menu quite lovely and not expensive for quality. Restaurant needs a better wine list. They have a pool, sauna, and gym--which I didn't enjoy. Guess next time I'll have to extend my stay.

If the price fits in your budget for a stay in Lima choose this hotel. It is an amazing bargain for a hotel of this caliber.

I have stayed at the Swissotel in San Isidro many times. It always has top notch service and is impeccably clean. Also, the restaurants on-site are on point. La Locanda has delicious food and wonderful staff. I only One issue, and in my opinion is big. They used to have wonderful amenities in the room. Wonderful little bottles of Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion. Why did you go to the communal dispensers? It cheapens the property in my opinion. You have such a pretty property, the communal dispenser almost makes me want to decrease my rating by 1/2 of a star. I know it seems minor, but I do not like these, especially since the pandemic, especially since I/we don't know who puts what into what... I know you might think I am knitpicking, but I am really against the communal dispensers in any property...
