The hotel was very clean and suitable for my needs. I didn't spend much time there as I had full day tours every day. The bed was huge and very comfy.

O recepcionista Sheila e o camareiro foram atenciosos, porém o gerente que foi o que estava na recepção assim que nós chegamos fez pouco caso para os problemas que tivemos durante a estadia como por exemplo o chuveiro estava vazando água para todo lado. O Hotel está em obra, então ficou um barulho alto durante nossa estadia com exceção da noite.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas pero cumple el objetivo. Si buscas algo simple, buena localizacion y economico es muy recomendado.

Front entrance was under construction however room was spacious, clean, modern, quiet street, love it!

They have a very nice staff. Sheyla, Miguel, Gerneir Juan are very friendly. I felt in this hotel as I was at home.

The area was really nice, it does take about an hour to get to and from the airport and there was no breakfast offered. There appeared to be some ongoing construction.

The front staff was extremely rude, will not recommend this place. We felt being attacked and were not sure if we'd be safe at this place.

This hotel was extremely clean. We were welcomed very warmly by staff and they take care of any concerns we had.

I got there at 7am to drop off my bag and go. The doors were locked with a chain. (1st thought was I leave at 6am, how am I suppose to get out?) I called and someone finally opened the door. I knew it was too early to access my room, but I just wanted to check in and drop my bags. Nope, they would not allow it, but they were willing to keep my bag. I asked if leaving the next day at 6am was going to be a problem and they said they would “make arrangements” but I would not get breakfast bc it started at 7am. I said, “I’ll take tomorrows breakfast today then.” The look of sheer panic on their faces was comical. They were not serving breakfast. When I returned at 7pm, The check in was so bad, that it wasn’t even funny, and I can make any bad situation funny. Was suppose to pay 45 American dollars, they charged me in soles. I offered to pay 100% of it cash in either US dollars or Peruvian soles. Way too hard for them to figure it out.by the time they were thru I’m paying almost $60 in surcharges and fees, and poor exchange rate. The room was ok. The bottom half of the tv was green, and the shades had a gap, which allowed a very powerful spot light across the street to come in and light up the room. No night light needed to find the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, not a do over. I rather pay more to stay in a worst place.

The room was never made up. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper each day. The one great thing about the room was that the shower was fantastic.
