I selected the wrong reservation and without asking they kindly fix my mistake and gave me a room. I selected the day after I needed the stay and it was one night. No additional charges just got what I needed. Very grateful with the girl at the reception 🙏such a shame that I could not remember her name.

Great stay— was a short one with a late arrival and a very early morning departure to the airport the next day so I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the staff were super kind (the doorman is so lovely and helpful). They recommended restaurants, organized a taxi for me in the morning and the building is cute with nice rooms. Thanks!

Horrible place don't stay here it's a very sketchy place you cannot even go out it really really uncomfortable to stay here for when I check in they made me stand up until like almost 3:00 a.m. waiting and waiting not helpful at all the bed was hard the place was full of somebody else's hair I have basically no hair in the bed was full of hair, I'm never going to stay here I promise you that it was the worst experience you can imagine it's in the very odd place in a little tiny neighborhood the breakfast is so bad.

We arrived late and left early but the buffet in the morning was good at 6am, front desk staff made sure a cab was ordered, the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for convenience to airport dealings

I made the reservation and payment through my ******* account, and once Nestor arrived they made him pay because they said it wasn't paid...even when he show them the ******* confirmation payment that verify it was paid in full online. Above this, still they didn't reimburse him or reimburse me, so they took both payments.

The hotel is nice and mostly clean but very noisy. They had us on the first floor. We could hear the traffic outside (because it's off a very major Lima road) but we also heard everything happening in the hallways/lobby because there's not much to muffle the acoustics. We had to check out early because of a family emergency. When we checked out, the clerk went to our room to check everything (this was a first time I've ever experienced this). She then told us that she needed to charge us 40 soles for a white towel because I apparently got some pink makeup/hair product on the white towel. When we challenged her she changed the cost to 20 soles. When I asked to talk to her management she said she wasn't going to charge us anything. I have some thoughts/questions on this. First getting stuff on the towel wasn't malicious so why would they charge us? Second don't hotels use white towels so they can bleach them out if an accident happens? My husband and I both felt like this clerk was trying to skim some money for herself. If not, seems like a questionable policy. 40 soles for a white towel? My husband is from Lima so we visit frequently. We decided will stick with Airbnb (which we have had a handful great experiences with) or pay extra for one of the better known hotel chains. No Limaq hotel in the future for us.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, check in quick, the staff were lovely our one issue was that we were unable to access the internet in the room, it worked up to a point close to the door however, it was very inconvenient to have to stand by the door to use the internet.

Um hotel com excelente relação custo/benefício para se passar uma noite próxima ao aeroporto. Limpo, espaçoso, bom café da manhã e próximo ao aeroporto.
