"The rooms are old, lack proper upkeep and have bugs. I wanted to take pictures, but thought best not to. However, until they update this hotel, I would avoid it. I will say the staff is very nice, and the location is good to great. If you do not mind an older dirtier hotel, this is for you, otherwise avoid it."

"Stayed for almost 4 months while looking for housing, rooms were filthy. Lots of plumbing issues that cause water to leak out of the floor near bathroom sink. Had management come look/fix problem and they did not clean up behind themselves not once but 3 times. Neighbors were very rude & will come knock on your door/windows asking for cigarettes & chargers. Lots of activity and police constantly patrolling. If youre down on your luck/funds this place will work but truly it is nasty. I was also told my management that I can not keep my AC on and door open. Never once was told when renting a room that that was a rule/also feel if im paying weekly i should be allowed to run as much ac, water, power as I please. Seems like management/owners want to pocket everytbing to build their own place across the street. So yes construction close by is also an issue."
