北普拉特希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton North Platte)

It was clean and the property had a fresh feel to it. Staff was very welcoming. Great stay, highly recomend.

What sets this hotel apart from the others is the layout of the lobby which encourages social interaction, pool table for teens and older, board games and activities for all ages located by various seating areas. The breakfast bar included a variety of warm and cold options. The checkin desk is in the center of all this. The layout encouraged friendliness. I found all staff, from desk to kitchen staff very cordial. I like no carpet in the rooms, seems cleaner. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. No complaints. Room was quiet, I slept well. The below counter refrigerator in the room did not seem cold enough, so I did keep food in my cooler in the car (outside temps in the teens).

Very accommodating staff in a very stressfull time. I-80 was closed, and every hotel room in North Platte was booked up. The staff went above and beyond!

I like dogs but there are waaaaay too many dogs here. Especially when their owners take them through the breakfast area. Isn't this a health issue? Also, the rooms are like echo chambers with nothing on the walls, ceiling or wherever to deaden the sound.

The bed was very hard. Floors were cold. Huge room but only one chair. Bedside stands were so small.

Conveniently located off of I-80. Room was smaller than other hotels but it was clean and bed was comfortable. First time staying at a Tru - very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy. What more could you ask for?

Great modern sustainable design exemplified flooring, lighting, walls, natural daylighting, reusable shampoo/conditioner/soap containers. Less plastic and more compostable products used for breakfast than many other hotels.

Good location near places but not right in the middle of everything. Love they care for pets who are staying.
