The Rogers House Inn Bed and Breakfast

What a wonderful place to stay with lots of charm and character. My wife and I wanted to get away for a weekend and we both found this place to be delightful with friendly service and clean accommodations.

We were on the road traveling from Colorado and we wanted to stay somewhere nice and not just a franchise, roadside hotel. I found Rogers House Inn for a very good price in a beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood. I booked with ease and when we arrived we were greeted by Kevin and Melissa and the aroma of fresh baked goods! The house was stately and gorgeous and our room very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. A homemade breakfast of eggs, pancakes, and hash browns was served in a sunny, bright room with freshly brewed coffee. Thank you for making our cross country trip more interesting and fun.

We stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect. The room was lovely with a working fireplace! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfasts were delicious and they accommodated my husband’s diabetic requirements. We plan to go back soon.

I love this place. I stay every time I go to Lincoln. Last time I brought my boyfriend with me and was given an up garde. It was wonderful. The staff is so kind and the place is beautiful. Beds are soft and clean.

My daughter & I were driving cross country from Virginia to Utah and stayed at the Rogers Inn B&B as one of our stops. I loved staying in the Doctor’s Suite because it gave us each our own spacious room. The beds were comfortable and we had our own private bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding (best pancakes ever), and served in the brightest, happiest morning breakfast room. As a runner, I was anxious to stretch my legs and ran through the neighborhood and felt really safe. This would be a PERFECT place for U of Nebraska home football games (it’s close to the campus) and also close to Haymarket area (lots of good restaurants). Note: They have the cutest dogs that are friendly and don’t bark. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay.

After a long drive from Colorado this place turned out to be perfect for us. The Historic restaurant district is about a 30 minute walk through safe, quiet and low traffic neighborhoods. The morning breakfast was excellent. The room was super clean, the bed was great and the hosts were excellent. We’ll stay here again.

Very clean. Friendly host. A big old beautiful house in a Quiet residential neighborhood. Excellent breakfast. Very reasonable rate. Close enough to interstates for access and yet central enough to the recommended things to see in Lincoln.

Hosts for the facility Mel and Kevin were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave early in the morning and they served us so we could. The breakfast was excellent. Good location. It really felt like home. If you are looking for lodging in Lincoln, this should be #1 on your list.

Amazing stay in the bankers suite! Spa tub was relaxing! Super nice people! The room and bed was comfortable and clean, lots of details and history! The breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay again!
