Nice, polite staff Clean & comfortable rooms Worth the money

We’ve stayed here quite a few times and noise is always a problem from other neighbors. It’s like they need to add insulation or weather *****ping around the doors? I bring white noise but even that can’t drown it out. The other issue is a ventilation problem in the bathroom. The bathroom doors are auto closing which is annoying, but the big problem this causes is the bathroom has a musty/mildew odor. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms are also pretty much non-functional.

This would be a great destination for a getaway weekend with the family. Nice accommodations with a sweet indoor pool.

Best I can tell this property has not upgraded its TVs and their small sizes for many years. That sets a tone of dated when entering the rooms and is annoying when watching sporting events during stays.

Room was clean but the rest of the facility could use a mskeover. Hallway rugs were filthy. Breakfast area needed help. No napkins out, no jam, no juice cups. Staff were friendly

Where the wedding at wilderness Ridge location of the hotel was perfect for our needs

Excellent and clean. The only thing I'd improve is there is little signage to show where the building is. Its a strange location that does not come up correctly on GPS.

The beds were comfortable, quiet area of town so no traffic noise. The entry we came in off side of hotel to go to our rooms was really kinda grimy for a first impression. The room had some stuff stuck to wall near trash can and the caulking in the shower was full of mold but the rest of shower seemed clean. There was mold?/dirt on the light switch in bathroom but I cleaned that with some lysol wipes i carry with when travel. The fan was working in bathroom but the vent was covered in dust and dustbunnies. The room overall was mostly clean including the beds sheets areas. The wall as i said and some corners of the room needed more attention and the window was huge with nice to let light in but full of handprints. The back of the bathroom door was full of marks and kinda grimy as the doors are all painted white and show most everything. I think just more attention to detail on cleaning is needed but those little things kinda make you cringe a bit. The headboards needed some scrubbing too. Pillows and sheets and bed as i said were very comfy, and when i asked a custodian cleaning rooms for a new roll of toilet tissue, she was changing sheets on a bed, so that made me feel good. Also a bummer breakfast is not included in stay so we ate out nearby for our 2 mornings as i didnt want to pay and the reviews i read regarding breakfast were not great.
