The facility is in sad shape. Water stains on ceiling, peeling walls and moulding, our shower was full of mold and the toilet was dirty. Common area toilets also dirty. The woman at the front desk was lovely and sympathetic and the breakfast was free and fine otherwise it would one star. We paid way to much for this crappy hotel

I had two rooms. Bed bugs were found in the first room after the first night. An actual bed bug (in a cup) and these pictures were taken to the night clerk. They said they attempted to contact the manager but there was nothing they could do. We moved together into a single room where we couldn’t detect any bed bugs. I expect a refund for one of the rooms.

This Hampton Inn is older and getting worn. Mold around tub in Room 118. Coffee maker unusable as the little tray to hold the coffee was missing. Night man on front desk just shrugged and said “All I can do is report it.”
Breakfast was out of omelets, not replaced until I waited, and then asked again.
Just not up to normal Hampton Inn standards.

The rating system at ********** is clearly broken because this place is barely a 7. There is a planned remodel but as of now, the place is a dump. The condition of the pool area is awful. The adjacent bathroom smelled musty and appeared to be moldy. The carpeting in the rooms made me think twice about walking around barefoot. The furniture and decor are dated. I expected more from Hilton.
That being said, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Location is great! However, the property is in poor shape and the quite noisy for sleep needs! The heat system has issues with noise and temperature control. A pricey hotel for the conditions we found.

Perhaps signage to keep your runninng, jumping noisy children after 11 PM to a bare minimum. Place really needs a facelift. Front staff should be a little more friendly. Breakfast folks and food was spot on.
