Upon arrival we checked in , walked into our room and it was a used dirty room that had not be cleaned was completely trashed. We then went to the front desk and they explained that they no longer had any of the rooms we reserved were clean and we had to get a smaller room with no compensation. The second room had a weird smell and the bedding had crumbs under the comforter . The shower was as not properly cleaned and all “complimentary” soap were used and messy . We had a 3 day two night stay and room service did not come once. Our experience here was far from 4 star that it is rated on this app. We will not be back to stay here.

Fun hotel! We seek out Graduate Hotels. Just a couple of issues. Only instant coffee in the room was disappointing. Husband had trouble shaving because there was no stopper in bathroom sink. Not sure why there is an extra fee added to room charge when no extra amenities.

It's a nice, funky hotel, pretty decent, maybe slightly tired look. Good value for the money. We came there because they have free Tesla chargers. Be warned: there is only 2 chargers and there is more and more Teslas around.

The room was so clean however one of the beds the sheets were dirty and have makeup stains!! But everything else was perfect:)))

They charged me double for being late coming in with my kids. Awful experience overall, avoid if you can.

3 guest Only provided 2 bath towels Tub didn’t drain water there was something under my bed sheet I felt the next morning maki g me wonder if that bed sheet was changed or if they did they didn’t clean off the mattress at all?

Location was perfect. Staff at checkout was unfriendly and actually a bit rude. Disappointed that there was rarely any coffee available in the lobby - even in the morning hours. Parking fees were extremely high. Staff at checkin were very cordial and nice

Clean nice sized room for a great price. You do have to pay extra for parking, but since you are so close to the Haymarket area you can walk to shop, eat and attend either football or basketball games.
