Sehr nette Gastgeber, unglaublich schöne Lage und man ist sehr schnell zum See gelaufen. Unbedingt zu Empfehlen . Fahrräder können bei Bedarf aufgeladen werden, Kaffee ist gratis, der Garten wunderschön.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf einen großen Park, hinter dem der Bodensee liegt. Der freundliche junge Mann an der Rezeption sollte nicht alle Informationen auf einmal herunterrasseln, sondern die wesentlichen und ansonsten Fragen beantworten. Wir haben gut gefrühstückt. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, aber es fehlt dem Haus die Seele.

Beautiful B&B with gorgeous grounds and even better hospitality! We were greeted by Florian who was extremely friendly and helpful. He personally showed us the grounds, gave us a welcome drink, and carried our bags to our room. The room is comfortable with a lovely view of the gardens and just a short walk from Lake Constance. Florian has been incredibly helpful & even booked us a local restaurant for dinner. Perfect, relaxing, friendly atmosphere we were looking for.

Stayed a couple of days here. The hotel is run by Timo on reception who seems to do everything and anything at the hotel. He is really helpful and speaks English very well and provides a cheerful approach to what he does. It takes around 35 mins to walk to Lindau but there is a bus which locals say can be a bit adrift with the timetable shown on the board. You can take a boat ride from Friedleichstein (we took a train there)to Landau and it takes an hour and a half. The room is compact but has everything you need minus an iron and ironing board. Mosquitos can be a problem at night so you have to keep the shutters closed and curtains closed. There is no air con so in the heat of summer this might be a problem. The gardens are pretty and well kept.
