Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel : son emplacement sur le ravissant parc, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort des chambres et le petit déjeuner. Une seule critique cependant : les photos sur le site internet décrivant les types de chambres sont trompeuses. Une garden view deluxe y est présentée avec deux portes fenêtres et un bureau, alors que la plupart de ces chambres ne dispose que d’une fenêtre et sans bureau. L’hôtel a accepté de nous changer dans une chambre un peu plus grande, ce qui est assez normal, mais des précisions devraient être apportées sur le site internet.

Heartless Hotel: Zero Compassion for Stranded Travelers I recently had the misfortune of booking a reservation at Hotel das Amoreiras, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me preface this by saying that emergencies can happen to anyone, and a little compassion goes a long way. Unfortunately, Hotel das Amoreiras lacks even a basic understanding of customer service. My partner and I were on a road trip when our car unexpectedly broke down, leaving us stranded a whopping 300 km away from the hotel. Given the circumstances, we immediately contacted the hotel to explain our situation and kindly requested to cancel our reservation. To our dismay, the response we received was cold, unhelpful, and downright heartless. Despite explaining the dire circumstances and the impossibility of making it to the hotel, the staff at Hotel das Amoreiras insisted on enforcing their strict cancellation policy. Seeing a business prioritize policy over compassion is disheartening, especially when facing such unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances is disheartening. Also the request for a voucher so we could come and stay at the hotel at a later point was denied. The lack of empathy displayed by Hotel das Amoreiras is truly astonishing. While other establishments might understand the need for flexibility in unforeseen situations, this hotel seems more interested in squeezing every penny out of its guests. It's a shame that a business in the hospitality industry would choose to tarnish its reputation by treating stranded travelers with such disregard

Je serai bref car notre avis sur l'endroit se résume en quelques lignes : - beaucoup de charme ; - gentillesse du personnel ; - pdj de très bonne qualité ; - chambres et sdb de petites tailles (mais suffisant pour un séjour urbain de 2-3 nuits) ; - insonorisation réussie ; - endroit calme mais à proximité des attractions de la ville ; - prix doux ; - pas de resto dans l'hôtel mais beaucoup de possibilités à distance de marche. En résumé, l'endroit parfait pour un city trip à Lisbonne.

Part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the world. It’s well deserved. The hotel is ideally located on one of the most charming squares in Lisboa: Plaça das Amoreiras. It’s a nice & quiet part of Lisboa. The hotel is charming too - even though the rooms are very small. Not sure it’s adequate for a long stay. The breakfast in the patio is pleasant. Regrettably, it’s not a buffet style breakfast. The fresh fruits option in the menu is very disappointing, especially in a country like Portugal where we can get great fresh fruits. But all in all, we have had a pleasant stay. There is a public parking very close to the hotel ( 25€ / day).

Such a gem! This was the single best hotel experience I have ever had. I loved the location — away from the more crowded parts of Lisbon, overlooking a lovely little neighborhood park, yet close enough to catch a tram, bus, or metro to get anywhere. Breakfasts in the courtyard were amazing and honestly were the best I have ever had. Anywhere. And every staff member I encountered was helpful and kind. Such a cute and charming hotel. The only BUT I have to mention is that my room was small. It was very lovely, overlooked the park, and was very adequate for me, as I was traveling solo. If you are not traveling solo, you may want to consider one of their suites.

Excellent stay. Small is better! No gym ( regular user at home ) or pool, good ! Give yourself a rest by enjoying the local area and city, Go to the Kiosk in the square, it's not haute cuisine but beer, wine, toasties, pastries, coffee etc excellent value, sit in the sun and enjoy the moment. Breakfast 10/10. Fresh everything. The hotel is very close to a tram stop where the 24 will take you into the city centre and Rato Metro is 5 mins.walk. No restaurant in hotel for evening meals, this gets you out so you can eat at the many good local restaurants ( use trip to check ratings) All excellent at the hotel no glitz/glam but plenty of good service with a smile from staff who are always happy to help. Book it and enjoy it!

This is a new boutique hotel situated in a peaceful and picturesque location. The team, from the reception to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, were all exceptionally welcoming, attentive and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had attentive staff, a nice a la carte selection, and all the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. It's worth noting that the rooms are on the smaller side and might be a bit tight for two people. My room had a view of the square, but the lighting inside wasn't very bright. However, the space was adequate for a short stay, and the decor was tasteful, while the bathroom was elegant and impeccably clean. Although the mattresses were quite firm, when I raised the issue, the hotel immediately provided a topper to make it more comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this great hotel with its charming team and relaxed, delicious breakfast.

J’ai hautement aimé cet hôtel. Un service impeccable et attentionné. Un petit déjeuner simplement délicieux . L’hôtel est nouveau. Il me semble que dorénavant Das Amoreiras sera mon choix à chacun de mes passages à Lisbonne. Un Grand Bravo !

Stayed at Hotel das Amoreiras at the end of January for my first visit to Lisbon, what a gem. The team could not have been more professional yet welcoming and warm. The location in a quiet part of Lisbon yet very close to the centre of town is absolutely perfect, the rooms are gorgeous and extremely clean, a special mention to the housekeeping team. The eggs benedict were the best I've had in years. All in all a beautiful property which feels like a home away from home, will definitely be back, thank you to everyone
